    A beautifully located hotel with fabulous sea view. Stayed here for 3 nights in a sea facing first floor room. The room with a private balcony is as close to the sea as one can be in Goa. We have been coming to Goa for the last 15 years and have stayed in many hotels, but this is really the best as far as sea views and proximity to the beach are concerned. Having said that, it all goes downhill from there. The property is poorly maintained. The sight of dirty sagging sofas in the reception puts you off immediately. The room (even the best sea view one) is basic and not well maintained. The paint is peeling off the balcony railings, the rug doesn’t feel clean, has no mirror or chair in the room, one side of the bed creaks badly. The staircase is broken and patched up with ½ inch board. Dogs have a free run of the place and often fight among themselves, which can be scary if you are nearby. The breakfast is good with ample choices, but the restaurant space doesn’t feel clean. The flooring is dirty with food stains. The tables are not cleaned, dirty dishes are not picked up. Worst of all, there is a lot of staff, just standing, doing nothing. All in all, a property that has the potential of becoming fabulous; if some care is taken.... More

    The Goa trip was great, and the credit goes to rococco.. As the stay was great.. Excellent location... Directly on beach... Great staff.. Excellent service and awesome food. Thanks Rococco for making our Goa trip great. My 4 yr old son also enjoyed a lot in the resort... Specially the pets... So overall, everything was gud here. All I can say is next time I will go to Goa, I will book this resort without any searching. ... More

    Be aware of d following before booking this property. It has a very beautiful beach side location. U may enjoy the oceanic view early morning n late evenings sitting either on d beach or d beautiful scenic restaurant they have. They serve best of the cocktail preparations. However, d restaurant service is too slow. You may enjoy ur simplest of the meals over a leisurely time of no less than an hour. The rooms are shabby, not well maintained. The tiles are cracked n make sound while u walk. I was alloted one of the best of the sea view rooms. However, to my surprise there was a mice in the room that tore apart the milk n d sugar packets in d room. Also, the property is occupied by pets all over, may it be revepyion or even d restaurant.     We used Rococco a few times for lunch whilst visiting Ashwem/Mandrem beach. It’s a very clean environment and usually quite empty through the day. We could not understand this as the food is not only cheap as chips but delicious and a decent portion size. On the beachfront there was always daily specials available either for food/drink or both.... More

    It was a nice place to stay with family, the best part is the view which this resort provides, would like to stay here again. Though their in-house restaurant were little slow in service but food was delicious, afterall there was no hurry for us, family time, peaceful time.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
