    A pleasant surprise to step into this recently renovated hotel (see other reviews, below) from a relatively quiet Chennai street. Occupying a room on the second floor for one night, I can honestly say the photos supplied did it justice. Cool, comfortable and MOSQUITO-FREE, the only drawback was the noise associated with proximity to the elevator and common area around it, amplifying comings and goings of other guests and the 06:00 start time of the house-keeping staff. I did not avail myself of the breakfast included.... More

    Issues with check in and out and breakfast

    Staying since 2012 and this would be the place that connects me to many places in chennai, especially T-Nagar. My last stay was awesome but the normal check in and out which was 24 hours was changed to 12 hours and that create inconvenience since our flight was at midnight. But the hotel staff was kind enough to extend the stay up to 4.30pm and shallots restaurant (Mr. Velumani) was also kind enough to let us sit till 6.30pm before we left to the airport. Breakfast was awesome at shallots previously but the hotel management decided to make their own, quality and taste was not as before and please don't let the guest to wash their hands in the toilet before and after dining. These are the 2 things that they need to look into and hopefully something can be done to improve the guest experience during the stay in the hotel. Thank you.... More

    Hotel of choice in Chennai

    This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and it keeps getting better. Once again the true asset of this hotel is their staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of. The front desk was truly amazing in helping to booking taxis, advising on areas to visit as well and calling to making bookings for me. I was a travelling alone and felt safe at all times due the amazing staff. The hotel is currently finishing their renovations and I stayed in a newly renovated room which is very modern and well designed furniture. Going forward this will definitely be my hotel of choice.     Wonderful stay

    We stayed here for one day. Very near to shopping and the restaurant is just next door. Before this had stayed here and can see some renovations done. The rooms are a bit bigger compared to last time. These is our second visit and will continue to choose this place for a convenient stay and a best part is shopping is walking distance. Also Very near to airport, 30 minutes distance. Overall good service and had a pleasant stay.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
