    The location of this place is only second best to another property on Treebo hotels. The hotel is literally a 10sec walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from your room all the time. My expectation from the hotel was a small place to crash and shower with hot water as I would mostly be outside the room and hotel. Loads of restaurants and amenities like taxi and bike rental just outside. Having said that the rooms were basically partitions that provide privacy and sliding glass doors. The breakfast was below average. Try booking without the breakfast and have outside. There are no swimming pools. But the place and the beach is not crowded and mostly Russians inhabit the place.     Don't go with the expectations of resort. It is resort only in the name. The place is average with poor maintenance. The place needs either a renovation or good maintenance. Giving three star due to location (right on the beach) and good restaurant staff who helped us with all of our requests. Overall an average place if you are paying more than 2K/night. ... More

    Rowdy staff and pathetic food

    I visited this hotel on 2-Oct long weekend and paid 12,000 INR for three nights. The breakfast at the hotel was pathetic. They served oily aalo sabji and bhatura, bread-butter sandwich and some sweet dish in the breakfast. I asked if I can get omlet instead. I was willing to pay for it. The staff declined my request and Said I can get omlet on alternate days only. I went to the adjoining hotel( lamore) for breakfast where I had to pay 300/- per head. The overall food in the restaurant in ordinary. You will have to eat outside most of the time. The staff in the hotel is rowdy and unprofessional. The restaurant is run by an outsider( Bunty) and he picked up a fight with me at 12 in night in the restaurant because I was complaining for the breakfast. I asked that I deserve a better breakfast if I am paying 4000/- per night. He told me it is my mistake that I paid this much money for this place. He asked me to stay in treebo the next time instead. He was completely drunk during this conversation. He claimed to be owner of this resort and asked me to put the review on the internet, he does not care. I was very upset with the staff rowdy behaviour and I decided to move to a different hotel. The reception staff was nice and they gave me phone number of the owner. I spoke to the owner( Mr. Arora from delhi) and found him a understanding guy. He is completely aloof with what is happening in his resort and claimed that he has not received such a complained in last 7 years. I feel pity for him that he is not able to manage such a nice property which has potential to be a very resort on ashwem beach. Overall, avoid this place till arora sir finds the wisdom and a better staff. Secondly, do not pay more than 2000 for this kind of average place.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
