    Mr. Vikas he is a manager over there in a front desk . He took 1000 rupees from us as advance and on billing day he refused it he said we didn't paid him anything.. very dirty rooms staff is very bad (0%) uneducated,uncivilised and manner less staff . I don't know the name of their boss but I request to him .. please look at your hotel how your staff is steeling money and misbehaving to customers .. I will suggest to all people please don't pay in advance there and even don't go there .. it's a horrible experience ..... More

    Stayed here because a family function was on nearby. I didn't have high expectations, but was still quite disappointed. No highlights, but here are some lowlights: - They claim breakfast is available from 6am, but turns out only butter toast was available. Anything else was available only after 9am, and even then only select items. - No housekeeping; our room wasn't cleaned at all. Every item had to be requested each time (towels, blankets, newspaper, soap/shampoo...) - Heavy traffic noise at all times of day, with a lot of honking - The rooms don't have latches from inside. Potentially, staff with a spare key can enter when you are sleeping - They didn't accept room cancellations even 3 days in advance AVOID IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS... More

    This hotel is nearby peeragarhi metro station with affordable rates. Free Wi-Fi is also accessible here. Breakfast is complimentary here. We stayed here for 2 days and had enjoyed there service and it's good.... More

    Pathetic experience. Me n my friends have been visiting there 1nce or 2wice a week then also very bad behaviour from staff. Dont know how to speak to guest, using harsh words n again n again agrue and using abusive language. And telling to guest dont teach us rules , we dont follow them.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
