    Very disappointing

    Well, first of all you can forget any transport from the airport, which was the very reason I booked this in the first place. You need to contact them for free shuttle, but there is no way - try.. No e-mail and the telephone number is expired. So I then had to get a taxi from the airport late at night, which they refused to pay for. Apparently there was an overbooking when I arrived, as I was told by the manager upon receiving my room, "there might be another guest arriving and he will share the bed with you". Fortunately no one had showed up before I left early the next morning. The room was average, not really clean but not dirty either. Would definitely not recommend staying here..... More

    Complimentary Airport Transfers!

    We chose this hotel for three reasons: 1. Cheap rates. (We got rooms for Rs. 333 each.) 2. Close proximity to the airport. 3. Complimentary airport transfers round-the-clock. Our flight was supposed to land at midnight and we had to leave for Pondicherry at dawn. So it was only a matter of a few hours. The airport pickup went smoothly. The hotel is tucked in a narrow lane. The attendant at the reception was very rude. He wasn't ready to accommodate even the basic requests. The rooms were well lit but poorly maintained. There were bed bugs and the bed itself had a layer of dirt. We had to use the blanket as sheet and sleep on it. The bathroom floor was wet and there was no hot water. It wasn't stinking which was a relief considering the room conditions. The stay overall was strictly okay since we got a couple hours of sleep before hitting the road rather than staying up at the airport.... More

    Friendly staff, clean rooms, lots of restaurants nearby, pickup/drop off for airport, and proximity to the airport are some of the perks here. The power went out for a while, but other than that it was great. The rooms are simple but clean, staff is very helpful. Great place to stay on a budget while transiting.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
