    The owner of the house is the most rude and ill-mannered woman you will ever come across. So if it's not her daughter/son's marriage she isn't bothered about anything except money. "Aamaar mey'r biyah nei.. AAMI jaani na" was what she told to us when it was few days left before the marriage. She can just answer to money. Before entering in to any agreement clarify anything in writing with her.. ... She will deny at the last moment anything she agreed to previously. The house and the amenities are not good. We were told of things that she will provide and agreed to was not provided to us at all. If you want to arrange anything on your own in to that place nobody from the neighborhood will help you as the terms with that woman is not good. So you are on your own there. I won't say I will never recommend this guest house.. I would just say if you want to be insulted by someone.. go book this place and enjoy the behaviour as well as the worst service ever. :)... More

    The owner of this guest house is an extremely rude woman.There is zero customer service satisfaction .We had booked a total of 12 rooms for our guests who were coming to visit Kolkata for wedding and had paid a huge some of money in advance by one month .She said certain things that she would adjust which she later on completely denied and started howling on us 2 days before the guests would arrive.She was abusing my parents with bad words and we got so uncomfortable that we decided cancel our booking due to her bad behavior. However, she said that she would not even return our money because it is our problem and not her. The first thing that a customer always expects is a good behavior .Especially when you are in a hospitality and service business, you need to know how to talk to your customers. Such a filthy mouth woman !! I would never ever recommend this guest house .... More

    They delayed the breakfast by a lot of time. The rooms were good and well arranged and we got what we were promised. The service was really bad and the restaurant was too lazy and delivered the food after a span of 2 hours. Apart from that the wifi was working well and the rooms were clean.... More

This beautiful bungalow located at 3 km from the Nicco Park, is well-kept with garden area and offers Wi-Fi internet access to its guests. The Karunamoyee Bus Stand is also at 3 km from this Kolkata accommodation. Shopping Mall. multiplex, dozens of restaurants, lounge bars, banks, ATMs, local market all within 500 m distance. Nearest bus stop- 75 mAll AC rooms, attached toilet with geyser, LED TV, intercom, free wifi connectivity , free local/STD calls from hotel landline, room service, 24 hours check in, reception desk with multilingual staff, free accessibility to desktop computer and printer. Upper floors accessible by stairs only. Toiletteries, drinking water provided free. This Kolkata guest house has a 24-hour front desk, doctor on call and currency exchange. Guests can avail of laundry service and room service. Dining area, lounge in second floor and open terrace. Some of the tourist spots that guests can visit during their stay at Sushama Guest House are Salt Lake Central Park (1 km), Deshabandu Park (4 km), and Suswani Mata Temple (17 km). Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
