    Very strongly disappointed worst service I have ever seen in my life .. even receptionist was also mannerless ­čśáthey don't know how treat guest.. no facilities.. extra money for using AC (Approx. 400) they need to learn how to treat guests I recommend you even if you have low budget book OYO, GOIBIBO or anything atleast they gives good service .. waste of money on booking this hotel..     Awful Stay ! Smelly Rooms Dirty Bed Sheets and Towels, Staff does not care Location is too much crowdy surrounded by Hotels everywhere ! We just arrived at India and take to this place .. Bad Experience ! You will get a Good Hotel at same price !!... More

    pls dnt go by the photos and rates displayd on internet.....none of them were true..... at the begining itself we had to call the owner repeatedly to confirm our bookingbut our calls were ignored and we were not sure of the booking till we board the flight.... as we enterd the hotel we were given a ground flour totally unventilated room as a temporary arrangmnt till a double room would be vacated the room was stinkng cupboards were filthy to use the promise of 24 hr hot water was a great mith in this cold weather....roam service is everlastingly late and room phones dnt work, we have to repeatedly call the reception for room cleaning. we were welcomed with a stinkng room with no towels and when we ask wrer it they gave the dampy stinking towels, our temporary arrangmnt didnt change even after our repeated requests......no response for hot water even we call them they didnt pick the phon also .we were shifted to another room on 3rd day which was no better than first. wen we finally decided to get out of there we were surprised new new hiked rates by the receptionist. wen we tried to speak to the owner, he ignored our call and cut it, it was the worst experience we ever had in an outside stay that too in the capital of india finally we want to say that the SURYA PLAZA needs to know the meaning of hospitality before advertising in the gnext web site. if this is the treatment we indians get, there is no question of people from abroad blaming our place as filthy and hostile. surya plaza will be remembered in the near future as a worthless castle not worth for stay of humanbeings, chuna mandi wala surya plaza mein logonko sirf chuna hi lagate hain.......     Surya Plaza - convenient location and a warm welcome

    This hotel is not widely listed, but worth Googling. I booked through www.easyclicktravel.co.uk. My first impression was not entirely favourable - it definitely seemed like the budget option it was. But it grew on me, and I ended up cancelling a reservation elsewhere and re-booking here for the second part of my stay, so I stayed a total of 8 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's tucked up a side road round the back of Main Bazaar Road, Paharganj (alias Backpackerland) so it's really quiet. No constant beeping car horns as the lane is too narrow. But it's only a 5-minute walk to RK Ashram Marg Metro station, which is a huge boon when planning your sightseeing in delhi. All the rooms are reasonably clean and spacious with marble floors and high ceilings with fans. They also have satellite TV and a fridge. I didn't succeed in getting much hot water, and the A/C didn't work (though I don't think it was ever actually specified). The rooms at the front, which I had, have small balconies looking down onto the alley below; a pleasant place people-watching over a beer (unofficial, but they'll fetch you one wrapped in newspaper!). The "backside" (Indian-English) rooms are rather gloomy by comparison. Above all, I would say how much I appreciated the genuine friendliness of all the staff. This was a real contrast to some other (supposedly higher-rated) places I stayed in India. Of course they like tips... but I felt I was going home when I went back for the second time. I lost my passport on arrival and it was thanks to their helpfulness that I recovered it from the airport and thus saved me huge amounts of hassle! Don't expect 5* luxury, but I reckon this place is good value and I recommend it.... More

    Schlechter geht es nicht. Uninspiriertes Personal, schlechte Lage, defekte Klimaanlage und TV, kein Fenster, kein K├╝hlschrank oder so,Staubschichten ├╝berall, offene W├Ąnde (um Schalter u.Steckdosen), keineBadartikel, Kakerlaken und anderes Getier im Zimmer, sehr hellh├Ârig.   12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
