    We stayed in Surya international 25th June to 27, 2017. Although 1st we got problem on hotel booking because of lack of communication of our agent. but after conversation with the agent, hotel manager apologized for the reason (although it was not his fault) . They managed us different room in another hotel because no room was available on that day and in 2nd day, manager took our luggage to their hotel by their staff. That was to too good. The hotel manager is very much polite and good mannered. Food quality is also good and cheap rather than any other hotels in mall road. Also the room was good and their service is also professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone. They know how to treat with tourist.... More

    we stayed in this hotel for 3 days . The room was okay had a balcony with nice view . The bed covers and blankets were not very clean . Bath room not maintained nicely. Hot and cold water supply was there. The location was good. Mall Road is 2 km from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was okay. Food quality good. The manager arranged for our rohtang visit . Hotel staff was helpful. overall a good stay.... More

    Visited this hotel with my family in May. The hotel is about 2 kms from the mall road. The hotel rooms were spacious with balconies and 24/7 hot water supply. Their wifi is decent. The hotel food is decent but they can improve. The hotel staff is courteous and very helpful. They will provide you with packed breakfast if you are leaving hotel early morning. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean. You cant ask more from a budget hotel. ... More

    I had been in this hotel for 3 days in last week,it is not up to the mark.Food quality is not good.at 9.30 we came for breakfast, everything was finished. We have to ask every time for towels replacement.Not recommended.Bath room was not up to the mark and stinking.Only good thing was 24x 7 Gaywer was working... More

Located at 2 km from Tibetan Monastery, Surya International can be reached from the the Manali Bus Depot ( 2 km). This Manali accommodation has a multi-cuisine restaurant.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
