    Stayed in the Sunshine Service Apartment near Mahindra World City for a night while on a business trip to Mahindra World City. The tariff was reasonable and was inclusive of complimentary daily limited vegetarian breakfast and one way drop and pick up to the office at Mahindra city at fixed timings on cab sharing basis. +Ves No frills service apartment room with T.V, Geyser and other basic amenities Located in one of the Bangalows in Sylvan county, Mahindra World City -Ves Please make sure that the route map to this property is clearly understood well in advance especially if you are travelling in the night since the care taker does not know English or Tamil and would not be able to converse with the Taxi / Auto drivers...     I stayed in Sunshine apartments Tnagar. Though the building where the apartments are present, doesn't seem great, the apartment room was well maintained and sparkling clean. There was care taker to look after you whenever you required. Since I travlled with a small 2 yr old and parents this was a very good option. Rooms were small sized but good enough and gave you a very homely feel. The breakfast lunch dinner and very good and at hardly any cost. Don't expect anything 5-star but expect personalized service. I will definitely recommend this for small trips or long stays.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
