    Horrible place to stay

    the experience in this hotel was horrible. I had already mentioned that we would check in late at around 8 pm and we had a requirement of an extra bed as we were 3 people, still when we reached the bed was not there. we asked them to put the bed while leaving for dinner but when we returned at 11 pm, the bed was still not there. We called the reception and asked to put the bed but there was no response till 11:45 pm. We then called up the booking website and after major hustle we got the bed around 12:15 am. the hotel didn't even bother to compensate or help us in any way. We even had to order water bottles for our room as there was no complimentary water bottle there. When i asked for the bill they handed me some plain paper saying that if i want a proper bill then they would add GST. Major advice: don't book the room online, they charge a mighty good amount. but if you go there and talk at the reception, they will happily provide the room at 2500 INR even in the peak season like new year.....     I am visited with my family 2 children in Nov-18,Booked super Deluxe Ac Room 1. Room : Room space is average, cleanness is very nice, Bathroom is clean and hot water available 24 hours,best thing is he provided extra bed without any charge. 2. Two Swimming Pool is available one for kids and second is 5feet is good and clean, Garden is very small, Playing area is not sepreted its front of the desk & restaurant. 3. Restaurant Food quality is good and price also as per comparable, Sitting arrangement is also special. overall all small trip is very nice, One thing not like Reception person always talking for Cab service some irritating. no other issues....     Hotel is located in close proximity to Lonavala station. We reached at 1155 but were made to wait till 1230 despite being checkin time was 1100 hrs (written in bold at reception). Till was a big turnff. Anyways, we had booked Delux non A/C and were alloted Room#102. The rooms were big but wifi signal is nil. We could feel the springs inside the mattress ! Please change that. Rooms are big with good washrooms They have kids swimming pool along with table tennis and carrom plus some board games for time pass Even before your rooms are being allotted, you will be pushed to take their sightseeing packages. They will kept on briefing on tour packages not realising the fact that we were tired (plus delayed checkin) Anyways one advice is they charge big for their services. Try going into the market and you can definetly pull off a much better deal (like we did)... More

    Hotel is OK, Food is not too good, So do not expect much from room. Rooms have noise from adjacent rooms, which is very annoying. Near to Market. So for budget stay you can opt for this hotel. Not recommended for luxury stay.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 10 AM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
