    It was a very pleasant stay for 3 nights in end November, the ambience is excellent, staff is very helpful, rooms are very clean and tidy, linen is good, food (only vegetarian) is excellent.     This is a nice guest house with clean and spacious rooms, artfully designed and plenty of cupboards and drawers. The price for this kind of lodging that they charge is quite nominal. However, you will find that the cook is not good at all kinds of foods. Though all foods are served fresh and hygienic, taste is a issue with some of the dishes(Not all).     We stayed for four nights. The room was a good size with a nice hot shower. The staff are really good everywhere and the food on the rooftop is great. The hotel is in a good location close to the markets and staff are more than happy to assist with travel suggestions and guides on how much you should pay the tuk tuk drivers. Would happily stay here again!... More

    We booked the delux non AC room (which isn't the same as in the pictures) and we were told on arrival that we were being upgraded fantastic we thought until 10am the next morning when we were asked to move downstairs into the room we booked, so not an upgrade but a mistake by the hotel. Now if you upgrade someone you do it for the duration of their stay NOT for one night, imagine getting upgraded to 1st class on a plane to then be told 3 hours into a 9 hour flight you have to move back to cabin class. Ok fine we said as being British we don't want to cause a fuss we were told the room wasn't ready (bear in mind we were on our way out) we were told not to worry and the hotel would move our stuff...no way is that happening so we were told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, 85 minutes later we moved our things into the new room. Now onto the new room, pictures are not the same as on the booking site, pillows were so hard we had to ask for new ones, mould all over the bathroom door, TV from the 1980s, covers on the bed which had not been washed (sheets were clean), smell of damp. And finally the noise, the room we were put in is right next to reception and really really noisy, Indian guests seem to like leaving their door open which at 6:30am is really not cool as they are really loud. Over all this could have been a great stay but it was marred by basic customer service failings, if you had left us in the original room you would have got a full 5 stars. If you stay here refuse any of the ground floor rooms.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
