    Let me clear the good parts first. This place is situated very close to Baga, Calangute, Anjuna etc. hence, it is quite convenient. This resort has a very well maintained pool and an attached bar/restaurant. The room I got was quite big and clean. The staff serving at the poolside bar and room were quite helpful. Now the not -so-good-part: 1. I got a room on the second floor, which in relation to the reception was 4 floors up. This was a steep staircase and I can imaging the 3rd floor people. There should be a lift for each section. It's a resort not a motel. 2. The parking. Its on the top-side of the resort (the resort is on a hill side). This means, if I have to go somewhere, I need to climb up the resort to reach to my motorcycle. 3. I had a motorcycle crash the day I arrived. On the last night of my stay, I requested the staff that due to the crash, my leg was paining a lot and hence, could they give me a place for my bike on the ground floor as I would need to check-out early in the morning at arount 5-5:30am. It was really difficult to climb all those stairs with a badly sprained leg. They flatly refused. The security head first refused to talk to me. Then when I finally caught up to him, he said rules are rules and he can't do anything about it and offered me to part my bike in the outside space (which didn't look safe) and just walked off. Request the admin guys to have some empathy and respect for your guests. You can understand if the guest is telling the truth or not. ] Also, I don't know why, but in most hotels and resorts, cars are always give preference over motorcycles even if the motorcycle is 2-5 times more expensive than the cars parked outside.     We got a great deal online, booked by friends. The reception team ,a girl I don't recall the name gave us neighbouring pool facing ground floor rooms,so we were happy No hassle accommodative and pleasant. Rooms were very spacious comfortable good AC.Bathrooms need to be redone ,but the rates will go up then!! Food dinner and breakfast was good tasty adequate. Staff were friendly and not pushy. Best of all I loved the live or man band , played great music.... More

    We were travelling as 4 couples plus 3 kids. Merits: Got early check-in at 8am for all rooms requested after speaking to Manager Ratnakar. This is quite unusual to give all rooms so early. Very Accommodative! Next day gave an upgrade as requested! Friendly to new requests! Large swimming pool. Extensive number of assistants in breakfast restaurant which ensures quick service. Look out for Mintoo who's eager to assist you! Room size is larger than average rooms in Goa and for the price it's worth it. Location - centrally nestled in North Goa so candolim and morjim r equi-distant. Areas of improvement: Baby swim pool seemed a bit unclean and scuba pool was non-operational. Taxi union issues (not specific to you but common with lot of properties in Goa) as outside taxis seemed to be not allowed. Toiletries may be upgraded.     This was our first visit to this hotel and the best one so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The quality of food is excellent. Also the ambience is really good.     I stayed here for almost 20 days What I witnessed in these 20 days was unmatched service and lots of love ! The hotel staff is 24x7 available The restaurant staff is the highlight of this hotel Abhimanyu and his team did more than possible to help me and my team Mr.Narayan and Girija Prasad deserve an award to handle the transportation for my guests Topping it with the fierce yet caring personality of Mr.Ratnakar at the front desk solved all my problems like they were never there Amazing experience You really need to witness this staff...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
