Hotel location is good, very near to SG highway so very well connected. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive with this property. I booked this hotel for 2 days through MMT and extended my stay for 2 days by direct booking. I’m on a business trip between 21 to 25 jan. Checkin was smooth, rooms are way too small. Services are hopeless. During the breakfast if anything ends that will never refilled atleast in next 30 min, food menu is very small. If you ask for coffee that will never served. While leaving I asked staff I requested for coffee he bluntly said no you have not requested me. In room mini bar tea cattle is broken. If you make coffee in room they will never add new coffee pouches. In my room hand towel never changed during 5 days stay. On day 4 I shared my concerns with duty manager Vijay Rathi, he assured they will resolve all my concerns but when I reached back to hotel for my surprise nothing changed. I have never experienced such pathetic service with any of my stay.
I will never advise to book this hotel for any business traveller.

I stayed at Suba star while on an official visit to Ahmedabad. The hotel is good with all basic amenities. Room size is ok and maintenance is good. Tea-coffee maker, mini bar, tv are there. Hot water is available.
Complementary buffet breakfast had limited choices but all items were fresh and tasty.
Location is average and there is no view as such. Minus points are check-in and check-out are time taking and the bath has no tap (though shower and hand shower is there).
So, if location and room view are not very important for you or if you are a business traveller, you can give Suba Star a try.

Hotel location ,ambience is very good . Rooms are on par with 4 star hotels . Breakfast is good with good menu . However ,had an unpleasant situation with this Hotel front staff . Checked in around 2.45 pm on the 25th November . Check in was delayed for no reasons . We wanted to have our lunch in the restaurant , but they said it will be closed by 3 Pm .Advised me to order from the Room . When we called the room service ,they said they can serve only Sandwiches and burger for the lunch . We came down ,reported to the front staff and he said order from ZOMATO or SWIGGY . As we were not happy with his reply ,we went to the good restaurant nearby ( Honest Restaurant) . Next day ,the receptionist wanted to check out by 11 am itself instead of the E mail confirmation to me at 12 Noon .
Willing to pay 50 % extra for extended stay till 5 pm . They said their rooms are heavily booked . On seeing the bill,they made the bill,correcting the Check in time as 4.26 pm instead of 2.45 pm for no reasons . We registered our feedback there itself and within 30 minutes,the HR manager called me and saying that as we checked in around 4.30 pm ,lunch could not be provided. Why the receptionist has to alter the check in time ?.
Reception staff have not behaved properly .

1. Location is very good
2. Rooms are good size
3. Service & Maintenance is poor lots if things was broken and not working in room
4. Reception staff was not friendly with lack of information
5. I was staying there for 10 days and the room which was given to me was very dark and next to service pantry which was very noisy by staff working there, I had requested to change my room but it was never done.
6. Room linen was not changed every day they were in poor quality and very old.
7. Room was dusty
8. Few days i got newspaper and few days was not provided
9. Internet was very very very slow if they give free at least needs to work
10. No hot water in bathroom

2. Cooperative staff.
3. Morning Breakfast, dinner was nice and tasty.
4. Hotel is provided with well luxurious room with entertainment.
5. Cleanliness is maintained and done on time.
