    Stayed in last week of july, Property was decent, but far away from main road. Room prices don't justify with facilities provided. In name of toiletries only shachet of shampoo and one smallest pack of soap and no toilet paper, in breakfast only Poha and tea. Room is of average size, but linens/towel were not clean. By mistake opened fridge kept in room and foul smell like dead rat started coming, from a glass kept inside. Indicating housekeeping is bad. Hot water was available in shower but toilet fittings were not working. Ample parking available for 3 vehicles, with lawn and small basketball court. It's seems that it is not a hotel but bungalow converted to hotel.... More

    Did'nt enjoy my stay

    We visited this property in May for two days with family along with 2 kids. This is a new property with pretty decent rooms. Strawberry Inn is more like a house with 5-6 rooms spread in 3 floors with one Kitchen and living room on ground floor. Unfortunately they do not have a decent service in the property. Only one person was available in the property to do cooking, housekeeping and every other support service(including Generator repair) etc. They had offered Breakfast as complimentary but realised in the morning that they serve only one item and for that day it was Poha. It was real disappointment for kids who wanted corn flakes. But unfortunately nothing else was available for breakfast. Though after speaking to the property owner (Mr. Mahesh) it was promised that for next day corn flakes with eggs and bread will be provided along with Kichdi next day. Again it did'nt happen.... The owner gave a reason that no shops are open in market and hence corn flakes could'nt be purchased. Also, rooms were not cleaned for two days and even the bed spreads were not changed with the reason that no staff availability. Just wonder how a property can be maintained in a peak season with no reception, housekeeping and proper cook. Had booked this property through Makemytrip with features like balcony and mini fridge but fridge was missing in the room. Would not suggest this property to anyone after our bad experiences.... More

    Hi all Sharing my own experince Have booked royal room over the phone with Mr.Waghmode who is incharge of this Bunglow. He took the booking over the phone and confirmed me about my booking. He dint asked me for advance payment n all as earlier i had visited the same place. Now when i called them a day prior to my tour, this person you hv to show me ur advance booking details n all. Suddenly startd saying sorry tht they cant hive me room as they have taken another booking for the same. Not Trustworthy ... More

    convenient location as hotel is situated at walking distance from Venna lake. Great forest view from room windows. Nice, clean and luxurious rooms with all facilities like AC, TV, intercom and clean bathroom (Hot water available 24 hrs). Delicious Food and great service from staff who are always available for your service. The staff is very polite and courteous. Ample parking space is available, will surely recommend for families and couples. I will visit again.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 11 AM and the standard check-out time is 09 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
