    Well ive only just come back from India ...and ended up staying here . The manager or front of house person was asking me for around 900 rupees a day to stay I got him down to 650 a day and I ended up staying there for 3wks . I never had food from the place , only toast nd coffee . The Hot water comes on early in the morning 7 till 8am or just phone reception tell em to switch hot water on. The lift doesnt work , can be tiring walkinup stairs. The rooms were kept clean, boy would come to clean up weekly. But this is delhi so expect dust. Clean towels were provided, as were clean sheets nd pillow cases as wen u needed them . They did try the 10% TaxCharge with me , told them were to go , didnt mention wen I arrived so it doesnt apply to me ....just grab your bags and go they only want more money ....Dont give them any ok! Otherwise ok away from the main rd , which is good as u want a good nights sleep.... More

    Never think of staying in this hotel. They dont have: 1. Working Lift 2. Hot water , some time not even water :-( 3. many tv channels 4. Restaurant (they get food from some other non hygienic place ) 5. Access road ( you will need to walk 500 mtrs in small lane to reach the place) All in all, i donot recommend this place. Guru ...     i was on a trip to delhi ..I booked this hotel they took 1400 rs for 5 hrs ...but wen I checked out the manager who ever he was asked for 20 % more on food and room rent . when we denied to pay he threatened us ..he told let me pay the money or else see what will I do...such a behavior was not at all expected from a staff from the hospitality industry...the food orderd was very bad in taste . extra rate was charged for the food from wat was mentioned in the menu....all in all a total fraud hotel with violent and cheat staffs ... I have the bills with me and I am going to register a complain with the tourism dept govt of delhi... More

    During check out charged me extra 1000 RS telling that its tax. It is not told during check in. When I asked more explanation they have misbehaved with me. Location wise also it is very bad. It is difficult to find exact location. I doesnt have hot water supply for bathing, When I asked calling room service it is told that it will come after some tome so you wait......... More

    Nice budget hotel . Im a regular guest there . Service is good and food is lovely . The manager Mr. Shukla is very helpful . I love Sterling Inn Always suggest this place for solo travelers or a Group . Location is a bit cramped up but then it gives you the feeling of delhi !!!.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
