    Poorly management...

    Hotel is poorly managed by its staff. Female receptionist (with buckteeth) is pretty impolite. we were offered a room without basic amenities and staff was adamant in making changes for a new room reservation even when the rooms were available. There wasn't proper lighting in the room, only bedside lamps were functional. there is no provision of slippers for the guests. Bathroom was poorly maintained without any hot water supply. Room service was also not very responsive.We had to carry our own luggage while checking out.Linen was torn and dirty especially the quilts from inside. Over all, a miserable experience.... More

    The beds were very comfortable and staff at reception and service were friendly and always available. The toilet pot was leaking, the shower handle was broken. The AC was almost broken and remote did not work. Expected a little more from Fabhotels, to be honest.... More

    Have stayed in Cabana; hence assumed that this would be good. Service is terrible. They have standard response that 'everything is written on reception'. I was not told that check out is at 11. Room cleaning gets delayed. Internet is erratic (I called them multiple times to reactivate that).While booking on the phone, it was not told that visitors are not allowed in the room.That changed my plans and I had move out every time I had to hang out with a friend. They don't have basic things like a comb in the room! It's an old building converted into a hotel. Fab is out of the question! TripAdvisor - you have a seriously faulty rating system. For every bad review, you must deduct twice-thrice the number of points that you add for every good review. Hope that makes sense? It will give an average rating that is much more realistic.... More

    Booked through online hotel site for one day wasn't sure how it is, but when went was really impressed by the room and facilities and booked for two more days. Location- Visitors can easily commute within the city as the Kailash Colony Metro Station is just 2 km away from the hotel. IGI Airport is about 16 km and New Delhi Railway Station is 14.5 km from the hotel. Travelers can hire a cab/taxi for easy accessibility. They have beautiful room but the room was bit small, bedding is nice and comfortable, stayed at 4th floor. Staff and management is good, they accept Paytm. One can go to Amar Colony for eating which is nearby to taste some really good momos, which are very famous. Biryani is good too. There are other food joints as well.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
