    This is a very nice place to be , not very expensive, nice rooms , some are suites with a hall and bedroom the other rooms are just a decent sized hotel room, very friendly staff and helpful , they cater to all your needs and are very prompt , several decent restaurants nearby and they deliver at your hotel room Mainly the quality of rooms for the price is really amazing and if I ever come back I am definitely staying here...     Single women travellers stay away

    I stayed here for less than 24 hours and was by myself. The stay itself was OK but I was peeved by the attitude of the person at the check-in desk. The moment I walked in, he asked me the purpose of my stay in a manner that indicated he was suspicious of me. I told him I had a long layover in Chennai. He did not know what "layover" meant, so kept asking for the "purpose". He kept asking while inspecting my ID, "Is it for an interview? What are you doing here?". I told him I had made a legitimate booking, paid for it, given him my ID for the hotel to make a copy of and keep, and signed the register for guests at the front desk and that if he did not understand why I had come to stay at the hotel, I could not help him. (And no, I did not have a "local ID" with a Chennai address.) My guess is that his attitude and questions come from a regressive mentality of viewing single women travellers. One does not check-in to a Fabhotel expecting the moon and often the decision to stay there is guided by its location+price. Even by those standards this was an avoidable experience. Also, it's located in a dingy street that makes it difficult for cabs/ auto-rickshaws to find the hotel and to enter and leave the lane.... More

    Very worst hotel and Not advisable for family/Women

    I ever had this bad experience in my 20 years of travel. The receptionist behave like a Goondas, Rooms are untidy, Air-condition was not working they did not bother after compliant also. They permit for drinkers and smokers and lot of noises, So totally unsafe for family and women.... More

    Bad Approach, Decent Rooms

    Booked a room online for three nights from April-1, 2018. With the help of Google map could reach the place. One thing that one should be fore-warned is about its bad location on a very narrow street. Here, two vehicles coming head-on will stop both from any further movement. However, the pros are decent rooms, parking space, clean toilet and friendly staff. But not very professional. Food? Looks like one needs to check-in into this hotel only for night stays and till dinner time, you should have work outside. Worth the stay if one gets a deep discount and for non-business budget travel.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
