    You will never want to stay longer at that place!

    Every person who comes to India for the first time feels a bit shocked. Well, this hotel made me feel even worse. This is probably the last place you would want to live after coming to Goa. The stuff is cheesy, except for the roomboy who was very nice, the rooms are dirty, no green area around, very noisy outside. The hotel stands on the central and busiest of Calangute's streets opposite a night club. So it's really hard to sleep at any time of the day. When you enter the room you see white walls with dirt on it, a small table if you are lucky and an old wooden bad with an awful mattress and a wooden feel like pillow. Spider's web decorates the ceiling. There is no hot water in the shower (if you can call a tap on the ceiling a shower), electricity - sometimes they turn it off. Don't even think you will be lucky to have an ac! They cleaned the room just once in 2 weeks, same goes for changing the bed covers. The breakfast is a toast with a cup of coffee, but unfortunately they sometimes have problems with gas, so it means you are not always lucky to have coffee. Nevertheless the trip was unforgettable and even this so called hotel couldn't ruin it.... More

    Отдыхали в отеле с 12-23 декабря 2016.В Баге второй раз.Первый раз отдыхали в Shelsta 1* и остались очень довольны. Думали что и здесь будет что то похоже(чисто,без изысков). Но это кошмар!!! В комнате грязно,постельное бельё грязное,по кровате гулять таракан,нет гардероба.После скандала нам за доплату(10 доллара в сутки-100 доллара) нам предложили комнату на 3 этаже с кондиционером без балкона,шифоньера,но относительно чисто и окно не на улице потому что соседи жаловались что нельзя открыть даже окно потому что очень шумно.Получилось что за те же деньги можно было жить в Santiago 2* (Индия/Гоа) или в Shelsta 3*...     Отель для совсем не притязательных людей , моют пол дезинфекцией пахнет по всему отелю . Номера стремные , и отель подходит только для того , чтобы бросить вещи и уйти из него . Много индусов , достаточно шумные . На завтраке не были , но думаю там м делать нечего . Повеселило то , что в туалете форточка проветривать открывается в соседний номер ) ... More

    в отель Stay Longer в Калангуте Гоа. мы попали по турпутевке, никаким иным способом нас бы не угораздило в нем оказаться. Начнем по порядку - фоторгафия на сайте - не соответствует действительности. На самом деле отель даже не имеет двора - не говоря уже о бассейне. я много путешествовала по Индии и жила в разных местах, хуже чем этот этот пожалуй условий не было. В тур от Пегас -туристикс были включены завтраки - на деле это оказалась чашка чая или кофе из пакетиков и тост!!! многие не стали этим завтракать. Так что если у вас включен завтрак от этого отеля - то можете на него особо не рассчитывать. В отеле постоянно шли какие то работы+ шумный обслуживающий персонал - мы не спали нормально 3 е суток. номера не убираются если не настоять, белье безобразное (надо везти с собой свое белье). Персонал внешне дружелюбные - но им +- все равно на жалобы своих постояльцев, а жалобы были постоянно )) - наверное они просто привыкли)).... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
