    I have booked 2 rooms on december, we have checked in early in the morning at around 5:00am the hotel people was allow to check in, although the hotel checkin time is 12:00noon but they allow to checkin in the morning at no extra cost, the hotel and hotel location was very amazing, and the hotel rooms and hotel staff were very helpful, now i called this manali trip were very awesome....     Worst Hotel To Stay

    This hotel we chosen as we find this within our budget and booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. But alas the hotel lacks very basic amenities also. First of all the rooms and hotel premises are not at all clean - don't ask about bathrooms' condition. Bed linens seems like not cleaned for months. Rooms had hardly any space. We took the complementary breakfast which had fixed menu - pratha with achaar and Tea. Anything else you ask for breakfast will be chargeable. In Manali like cool place you will cry for hot water as non of the rooms' geysers are working properly as they are quite old and in ruin conditions. One positive point we found in this hotel was - it has a good travel desk and they provided quite satisfactory cab service for our site seeing tours. Also hotel staffs are quite well-behaved but helpless :) Somehow we managed to stay as we were all bachelors. If you have no budget restriction and travelling with family or female members - stay away from this hotel.... More

Picture-perfect, this 2 Star property is amidst the apple orchards at the Left Bank and overlooks the scenic green mountainous landscape. There are 30 well-appointed rooms, comprising semi-deluxe to executive rooms to choose from. In-room guests are served scrumptious fare in the dinning area for 100 people. One can also explore the city by taking the tour expeditions organized by the travel desk. There is also a parking area within the property.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
