    Nothing to say! Avoidable

    My trip to delhi got extended and one of the finest place that i was staying was completely sold out &i had to move out of the property and moved into this place.The property seems like it was a residence and has been converted into a hotel. The location is great and in proximity to a metro station. Just that's the plus point. The rooms are big and ok, the washrooms has the signs if aging a you can feel the same with their towels which have worn out and smells. There is a tea/coffee machine in room and a study table. The AC switch or rather room lights switches are far away and in the middle of the night, if you have to adjust or switch on lights they are not beside your bed.Plug points are in scarcity. Bathroom amenities i felt were sub standard though everything was provided. I had dinner tastes ok but for this kind of hotel very costly. Water bottles charged at Rs.60/- which is not supposed to be beyond MRP. Service is OK. WIFI also works fine. Breakfast is disastrous, no selection at all. At the price that i paid for this is really hurting and worthless. I guess it is avoidable.... More

    This hotel is really pathetic! Has to be avoided at any cost. The toilets are in a horrible condition, there were cockroaches everywhere! This hotel was booked by Makemytrip, they just cheated us, as we asked for a 4 star hotel and this is what we got! Avoid makemytrip as they steal your money, propose horrible hotels and horrible sight seeing plans! I'm as disappointed with makemytrip as with the hotel they suggested! I'm still exchanging mails with makemytrip when my holiday ended on the 21st of august and still no solution provided for the terrible overall experience, no compensation what so ever! This hotel has to be either renovated completely or just closed down! Do not be fooled by the pictures on their web site!!! We did not stay the night, we just changed hotels, spent 7 hours on the phone to negotiate this with makemytrip! Holiday time wasted and overall experience 'zero'.... More

    Extremely ugly place which lacks sophistication and should be avoided by corporates

    This is not a hotel but at best a lodging and a really bad one at that. I had the misfortune to stay here as it was booked due to its economical rate. The place is a disaster. The rooms are not clean, my bed was stained and so were the pillows and walls. Since they could not clean it they upgraded me to a so called suite which was cleaner. The breakfast is a disaster. Terrible quality and no variety to choose from. What would be a dining room in most delhi homes is a restaurant here with canteen like seats, very bad cutlery and crockery and the food is just plain bad. They are stuck in the 70's. The staff tries to make up for all the lodgings short comings. To call it a hotel is wrong. Do not stay here.... More

    It is located centrally and next to a Metro station. Clean and tidy but restaurant could have been much better. The rooms are good sized and the toilet is large and clean. The staff is courteous too. If only the restaurant was up to mark, it is a very nice place to stay but for the price you pay, it is quite reasonable.... More

This 4 Star hotel is in close proximity to the exclusive commercial and residential areas of Nehru Palace, Lotus Temple, Okhla and Saket. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
