    Stayed there for 4 night because done booking thru Makemy trip. The place is unhygenic and filthy,This disgusting, un-maintained, dirty hotel would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire place was dirty from entrance to exit. Toilets was so dirty and full of stains all over the toilet. The corridor was so dirty and they did put the efforts to collect the used plates from corridor.Only half liter mineral water bottle was provided and after that they will give you RO water. Had pathetic experience. Truly horrible experience. think 10 times before staying here.. Railway station hotel are good option then this one.... More

    It seems anyone these days call themselves a 3-star hotel !! Its hardly worth a single star. Dilapidated rooms, leaky air conditioners, creaky floors and to top it off pathetic service. Don't bother calling room service / reception / house keeping after dinner time - you won't get a response.... More

    I stayed in the hotel on a business trip. The staff at the reception was very rude. The room are very clumsy and small. The walls are very thin and even feeble sounds from adjacent room are coming in your room. The breakfast was extremely unpleasant in term of taste and variety.     The hotel is pathetic. They claim it to be a 3 star but I'd like to rate it as -3 star. Rooms: End before they begin. I think 2ft by 2ft. Amenities: Were there any? I couldn't see. Staff: I was almost about to lodge a police complaint against the staff, that's how rude they are and how much mis-behave. Unmarried Couples: Don't even think. Food: I would rather eat cow dung.Terrible. Room Service: LOL. Cleanliness: Rats all over the place, Stinky bedsheets. Used blanekts. In short just never, ever even think of visiting this Hotel. You'll only regret. This place is more like a Gunda Raj than a hotel. Disgusting to see that in 2016 also such hotels exist.... More

    I stayed here overnight. It is a decnt place to stay. Located just before amri health care. It is a bit difficult to spot after sunset, though it is on the southern avenue road. Keep king for oceania restaurant and you will spot this one The rooms are neat and spacious with cleann toilets and toileteries in place. Wifi is good. Overview

This 3Star, smoke-free property is located at Southern Avenue and its building is designed in glass with black and white coloured brick work, which makes it resemble a Rubik's Cube. A total of 32 guestrooms are available for accommodation. The Oceania Restaurant serves multi-cuisine fare to its diners. There is also the Oceania - II an ideal venue for a reception party.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
