    Hotel location is the best for shopping, there are many good restaurant nearby and Karol Bagh metro station is around 700mtr away from hotel. But issue is with hotel cleanliness and staff. I did a prior booking still had to wait for almost 20 min.in reception, reason is they were cleaning the room. Hotels looks like very old, rooms are too big but not at all clean.There was a complimentary breakfast in my package. however when i entered the restaurant i was shocked looking at this place there are only 4 tables lack of cleanliness....     The location is the best thing about South Indian Hotel. A 10 min walk to the nearest metro, 2 mins to bus etc. While the place could do with an uplift, stricter housekeeping and lower rates. it is ok overall. the staff are helpful but one needs to ask for extra towel, change of bedsheet etc.. the bathroom fixtures are a bit fragile but it always has hot water even in the dead of winter. location wise- it is superb within a hub of shopping district, lots of restaurant to dine in nearby etc.. i would probably come back for the same reason....     stayed here in the month of Feb 2017.i booked the room around 3.30 PM.reached hotel at night 10.30.rooms were not ready.rooms are not cleaned ,very untidy.they don't even bothered to clean the table and chairs.bathroom door mat is very very dirty.blanket was really pathetic.so asked for a bed sheet. towels were dirty.how people rated this hotel so high ,i m really surprised.dear hotel south Indian please change the bathroom door mat,clean the sofa (its full of fungus).will never visit again. i advise people not to book such pathetic hotel....     A great location to Karol Bagh market, the staff are amazingly helpful and kind. The room size was great we would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to our friends. North American room standards are different but no complaints, we had to request clean sheets and towels as we stayed here an extended time but there was never an issue getting them. Would have preferred some room cleaning as well but they would only enter the room while we are there.... More

    I have stayed in this hotel for 1 weeks. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained with a great shower room. Wifi is excellent and compliment . The location allows one to experience a good market and escape to the quiet of one's room when the buzz becomes to much. The hotel restaurant has a high reputation amongst vegetarians. There are a only South Indian Hotel in the area. They may not be as good as this one. This is a one of the best south indian Hotel...... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
