    My First Trip Goa With My Best Freind

    We just returned from our 4 day trip to Sol Beso Mandrem and it was awesome. This was our first trip with our 6 Freind and We were really worried on how we will manage everything but the hotel staff is excellent,from preparing special something (everytime) for our Freinds one to providing a special , everything was awesome! the property is excellent and the beach is clean and nice too.     Almost bordering on rude. Staff seriously need to go on a customer care course, especially Pratiksha. You’ll see by the response this review receives! Pool is ok (that’s what the 1 Star is for) although limited sunbeds which are covered in bird poo. Breakfast just a limited buffet style help yourself job. Menu for dinner quite varied but no Tandoor oven anymore so none of those items available. Hotel happy to let screaming kids in the pool after 10pm at night. What about the other guests trying to sleep? No consideration given whatsoever.... More

    Sol Beso is a dream come true at Goa. It was a wow feeling the second we entered this magnificent hotel. Rooms are decent, the area is quite and calm and the swimming pool is amazing. The staff is too courteous and available for you any time. They ensure to provide you the best service with a smile. Food Quality is good too. Though the breakfast timing was only till 10 am.. The were very flexible and served us breakfast at 10.30 twice...that too without any grumbling.. Thanks a lot Sol Beso for making our tour memorable..;-)... More

    If you want to spend time in goa but far from crowd then this is good place. I think this is the only kinda luxury hotel in Mandrem. Just a problem i faced with hotel was that when I went for check in, I got rooms around 2 TO 3 hrs later even check in time was 12 noon. They said rooms are newly constructed and some finishing cleaning is remained. Food is good, pool is clean (i felt that chlorine contents were high in pool water). Beach is also near. Note that its not a beach hotel, access to beach is from public or other private places.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
