    Overall a very nice and comfortable stay. The rooms are very well heated and neat. Free facilities like bon fire, gym, table tennis, children play area. The only thing that can b improved is the restaurant staff behaviour and the breakfast spread. Beware, the location is 7km from the main city but i think that's true for all modern hotels in Shimla. Overall i will recommend this.... More

    I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and really liked the place. Though it is away from the mall road but worth staying here with a nice view of the valley. They do not have in house bar so you need to carry your own liquor. Overall our stay was comfortable.... More

    We are staying here as I write this review. Except for front office staff nothing is good about the hotel. Location is very bad. It’s in the midst of car repair workshops and if you go out you will be stared at as if you are an alien. We opted for MAP only to be served a cold, insipid and sans variety dinner. Complete rip off. Imagine below zero temperature and being served cold Indian breads that too after repeated requests. We are now going for breakfast and wonder what’s in store!!! Hotel is far away from Mall Road. Our blanket draw sheet had stains and had to be changed. Bathroom had lights in which one could barely see. Got that changed too. Only good part is we are checking out after breakfast.     Loved the place, The food was good, the view from the room was awesome, especially during sun rise. The staff were friendly and courteous. Attention maybe required for gym facilities, as it appeared not have been serviced in awhile. Overall it was a nice stay and we take back pleasant memories from this place.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
