    I have visited the hotel in March 2020 with friends. Talking about the rooms, each and every rooms have fabulous scenary. Room is well equipped with all the necessary ammenities, food is super delicious specially malai kofta and butter chicken. The hotel is very well located. Hotel is quite famous amongst the localites as the taxi is easily available to and from the hotel. I have visited the hotel in my car. Parking is also easily available at the hotel. One of the best thing which I liked about the hotel is the open terrace. I was there for three days and every day, I used to have breakfast in the open terrace. In short, you are getting 7 star facilities at a very affordable price. Rajkumar provided us the best room service. He is very humble, kind and always serve food to us with a smile in his face. Besides this the front office guided us with well sighseeing plan. I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Shimla.... More

    Amazing Place with GREAT Service!

    Hi we are travel couple and mostly active on @TripTwisters on Youtube and instagram. So do follow us there for our amazing journey ;-) We love travelling, we have traveled to most parts of India which includes Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Kashmir, Karnataka, Goa and even Andaman and Nicobar islands. But this it was different, This time we were travelling with our Family. It was Sagar's Mom Birthday and we wanted to surprise her to the fullest. So we chose Himachal Pradesh. We want to Thank one of the staff member from Snow Valley Resorts Shimla his name is Aman Thakur, who was well dressed and most importantly well mannered. He took care of us in every possible way.     Great Value for Money and Impressive Views from Room

    The hotel is one of the older ones in the area, but it is very much updated with modern furnishings. Ask for rooms with the hill side view. The hotel also has a gym and recreation area, for adults and kids. The place is about 5km from Mall Road. The views from the room are simply breathtaking especially early in the morning. The hotel also has its own restaurant, with a terrace. During winter, ask for rooms with proper heating, as some of the rooms had malfunctioning temp controls. Overall, would recommend this place if you are looking to spend some relax time at the hotel during your stay in Shimla.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
