    This was my second visit to this place. It was an awesome time. Nice place, neat and clean. I have already booked this place for my next year visit. The rooms were cleaned and every 2 days they will change the bedding and towels. In case if you request for extra bedding or towels they are happy to help you. No words to explain about the Manager hospitality. They provide the iron box, hair dryer, electric Kettle and even tea, coffee and sugar as well. The manager is super helpful and cooperative.... More

    The only downside to these apartments was no pool but it is a villa with 6 apartments only and the beach has all you need. The mother and daughter who own and look after these apartments are very friendly and considerate and charge very little per night considering what you get. We paid £9 per night for our apartment although the ones with aircon are a little more but you don't need aircon as all the rooms have ceiling fans. Ok the decor isn't fantastic and it isn't colour co-ordinated but who cares at that price. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every couple of days, bedding and towels changed but if you request extra bedding or towels they are happy to oblige and they are usually about in the day or their own home is just over the road. When cleaning they go over and above and tidy your stuff you've left around not in an intrusive way but will fold your clothes and put things in a suitable place. No need to take your iron, hair dryer or even plug adapter they seem to cater for everything even tea, coffee and sugar was waiting for us. In the stairwell they have a water filter so no need to keep buying bottled water just fill an empty one up. They have a small hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and all pots and pans needed if you want to cook. The villa is very very secure with grills on the balconies to prevent wildlife or anyone pinching your washing and guests have keys to external doors as well as own doors, not that we saw any reason to be over cautious as everyone in the area is so friendly. English TV channels on the TV with no interference too. I would certainly recommend this villa but if you're the type of person who wants something that is perfect without any cracked tiles or Egyptian cotton towels then there are posh hotels nearby where you will pay £100's and even £1000's....     Booked hotel.. no one there!

    We booked this hotel for 4 nights for when we first arrived in Goa. We travelled from England and arrived at 7pm at night to a hotel in complete darkness, locked up and no one there. There was a number on the gate which we called for the woman to hang up on us. We rang again and she said something about the hotel manager being in hospital so the whole hotel had closed down. We had no email or phone call to inform us of this so was left in Goa with no where to stay. We ended up having to find a guest house and book a night there which we were not happy about at all. The hotel was in a bad location up a dark alley and I would tell anyone to avoid here! Very unprofessional to not inform us and we never received an apology! ... More

Sky View Villa is accessible from the Monteiro Bus Stop (1 km). The Candolim Beach is at 1 km from this villa in Goa. All the 6 rooms in this villa have kitchenettes, balconies, and bathrooms that receive hot and cold water. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
