    Sky residency with good looking sight with luxury rooms ,good room service with neat ,with good complimentary breakfast they provide easy Transportation , the rooms are very neat with luxury look the bathrooms are very neat which is costly TOTO .reception is good looking with pleasant service . staffs were knowledgebale. the hotel suplies free Ro water and hot water at all time . free wifi which is very strong in all rooms...     Clean,spacious & easy access to transportation!

    1. Tambaram bus stand & train station are 1km away. Plenty of auto rickshaws & taxis are nearby. 2. Clean,spacious,well lit & well ventilated rooms. Bathrooms are clean and not cramped. Air conditioning works great,unlike a lot of hotels that scrimp on them. 3. No in-house restaurant present. But plenty of vegetarian & non vegetarian hotels are present nearby & deliver. If you want to pay by cards all restaurants accept them,if not the hotels pays for the food and adjusts your to bill. The hotel also supplies plates,glasses & free water bottles. 4. Friendly staff that are knowledgeable. 5. Car parking is available. Hospitals and small shops are nearby. 6. Free WiFi is present,though the connection is spotty in certain rooms. 7. Great value for money. Great for family & business trips.... More

    We stayed with family for passport work in tambaram. The only good thing is they provide mineral water bottles unlimited. Rooms are small, very less no of staff, no restaurant in-house - but room service is available. Rest rooms dont have tissue roll. Blanket wasnt clean and we replaced. Sleep quality was good with AC. Tambaram Passport office is close by, just 700 mtrs.... More

    Just not worth the 3050 rupees I spent on their premium AC room. Check in took a while and when I went to my room, to my nasty surprise, the toilet was not cleaned at all. Excrement was found floating in the toilet bowl. When i informed the front desk, they quickly shifted me to another room but here too, the toilet was filthy... there were urine stains on the toilet seat and the housekeeping guy had to be summoned again. Hotel gave a lame excuse saying that due to heavy rush, the rooms could not be completely cleaned. Since I had a meeting to attend at Oragadam, there was not time to shift to another hotel and hence had a quick shower and left the hotel. The morning's experience was bad enough to make me check out in four hours' time and shift to a decent hotel in the city. The hotel authorities did not have the decency to even extend a discount as I was checking out in just under four hours... Overall, it was a pretty pathetic experience. This hotel does not have a restaurant and one needs to go out for a decent bite. Certainly not worth the money spent.... More

    Very pleasant stay in a beautiful brand new hotel

    I discovered this hotel by chance while looking for a suitable place to stay with my family in West Tambaram. It is a brand new hotel at the end of Rajaji Road. It has very clean facilities, very friendly staff who are genuinely happy to meet you and serve you. I chose a triple occupancy room that had a fantastic king size bed and a single bed. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. It had a nice wardrobe, a small desk with 2 chairs all in very elegantly designed fashion. The bedlinen, towels were all clean and smelled fresh. The AC was not very powerful, however the presence of a ceiling fan made the room cool enough. There is a safe box in the wardrobe, however it had a metal key which we could keep till checkout. This was a relief that we could store our passports & valuables safely. The bathroom is very small but installed with quality fittings from ToTo. The street in front of the hotel is a very busy one during the day so some amount of noise is bound to reach the room. There is no Restaurant or Bar as yet in the building, however the staff mentioned that they have plans to start one soon. There are a couple of famous restaurants within walking distance such as HotChips & A2B Adyar ananda Bhavan. The bell boys are very happy to go and get some coffee / Tea or snacks from the restaurants for you. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and this hotel provided for comfort, safety, satisfaction and complete value for money! I sincerely wish the management & staff are able to continue to maintain the high standard of service & cleanliness which will ensure that more and more guests will chose Sky Residency over other hotels in the vicinity. They also need to ensure that they maintain a competitive rate to attract customers.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
