    Checked in at SK at around 10 tired. The reception seemed cool, but the the issue was when we reached the room. The room was not clean and the washroom was dirty. The carpet was unhygienic. The canteen was a heaven to flies and pest. The bathroom had no proper ventilation and we had to ask for air freshener after using the bathroom.... More

    The entrance of the hotel may fool you. The room alloted to me was unhygienic, uncleaned and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the switch board was hanging from the wall. The flush knob was half broken. The TV had issues.The dinning hall was heaven to bugs and pest. The flies were all over the food. The Complimentary breakfast was bought from another hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was their service, only in the case you call them.... More

    NEVER JUDGE A HOTEL OVER IT'S OUTER APPEARANCES. Worst hotel ever visited. In reality looks like a lodge. Lacks basic facilities like tube light and hot water especially in OOTY. The worst of all, the manager was extremely rude. When I asked for providing us basic facilities, he said that as I had booked from booking.com, they will not provide me with the facilities.He further said that if you had booked directly through me, then I would have provided.     SK palms is good in outfit but not that much in... Not been cleaned off the windows.. Break fast was poor.. Service is not been interested... We've not to demand the necessity but to request for long.. Yet to be improved lot..... More

    The worst hotel ever I seen.. Rooms are loaded with house flies when we asked for same management replied it's seasonal we can't do anything. Drinking water Containers are worst container which are same as we use in laboratory. In case of hygiene it's worst.. Not good for honeymoon.......... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
