Can’t say enough about this place!! World class beach, amazing property, cute simple accommodations but what really set it apart was the staff. I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and these guys were probably the best I’ve come across yet. So attentive and genuine. Made sure your every want and need was met. So willing to bend over backwards to ensure that you enjoyed yourself. Thank you Simrose staff.
Great spa and yoga on-site as well. Lucia the yoga instructor does a great Thai massage.

My friend and I stayed here after ditching our awful Calangute accommodation and experience. I wish we'd come here first!
It was a last minute decision, based on a desire to escape Calangute, some great trip advisor reviews and a late booking room special. We booked the night before online and showed up in paradise the next day. Our stay was for four days in the end.
Our room was good quality for the cheap price, with our own bathroom with a hot shower.
The dining area is Beautiful. It's set in beautiful gardens and over looks the beach. We spend lots of time here with a tea or a beer, reading our books.
Good range of food, including Indian, Nepalese and "of the world" (steaks, pasta etc). The breakfast bowls were probably the stand out for me, but had some great curries and salads here too. Cocktails were also Delicious 😀 and prices on everything are very reasonable.
I can say lots of nice thing about the venue but the staff are what really sets Simrose apart. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Staff would come over and introduce themselves and check how your day was. Everyone was always friendly and happy.
As example of the over and above staff..We saw a horse being ridden on the beach and thought beach riding might be fun. We asked Dinesh, the manager, about it. Turned out the were mostly used for weddings but the owner did hire them for rides too. He didn't have a website or advertise however. Dinesh investigated until he managed to get a contact number for the owner, from the chicken delivery man and booked it all in for us. As a side, ride was great. Healthy, calm horses and went on a jungle adventure to an abandoned building. Would definitely recommend it, if you can get Dinesh to sort you out.
Lovely safe beach with cows and dolphins nearby and Simrose has yoga most days although there are plenty of other yoga places in the area.
If you do get to stay here, be aware the eftpos does go out occasionally and takes some time to fix. We ate every meal here for our visit (too good to leave!) when it was time to settle up or tab we weren't able to use it. This was unfornate as it used up the majority of our cash. We had intended to leave a much bigger tip then we did as they were wondeful but had to have $ to get to the airport.
The power in the area does go out frequently but they have a generator and candles so it doesn't impact much.
Some friends stayed further down the road, their place was a similar price but they said Simrose and the food were much nicer then theirs.
Anyway, WONDERFUL place. Id love to stay here again and would recommend it for a relaxed beach getaway.
Lovely peaceful stay

Just back home after another holiday at Simrose. Wonderful place to stay with family away from the hustle of city life. Lovely beach facing cottages, great food and friendly staff make it an ideal holiday resort.
Cannot say enough good things about Sinrose!

We were staying at Calangute (what a hovel of a place!) and decided to ditch our paid accommodation there and change scenery to the south. We booked in at Simrose last minute, based solely on its great trip advisor reviews and we were not let down - their rating is very well deserved!
The staff here are beyond excellent - friendly, personable, relaxed and so very welcoming. It seemed like every staff member took the time to stop and introduce themselves to us and to chat each day. I was also quite sick the first night and didn’t make it out of the room until late the next afternoon, and I had the staff enquiring after me and asking my friend if I wanted them to arrange a doctor. When I eventually made it out of the room, several of the staff approached to chat and check up on me, which was really sweet and reassuring.
Anything at all that we needed or wanted to do, Simrose arranged, including laundry, horse riding (which was wonderful!!!) and our taxi to the airport. There is also yoga at Simrose, which was a wonderful way to start the day, a spa (which we didn’t get time to use) and a Pilates space.
The food at the restaurant is without doubt the best along Agonda Beach. Even our friends in another resort kept coming down to Simrose. It really has something for everyone. The restaurant is right on the beach, which is beautifully clean, calm and WARM!
I could keep going on and on, but I honestly cannot say enough good things about Simrose as a place to stay or eat and all the staff. We had a fantastic time and it is somewhere I would definitely, absolutely return to without hesitation.
