    From start to finish all the staff were fantastic, a credit to the hotel. Rooms were always clean, air con was good. We had room A8 overlooking the road, it was good to people watch, not too noisy, things quietened down about midnight. The food at the hotels resturant was excelent, especially the steak. I can also recomend Inferno if you want an alternative place to eat. Breakfast was good, eggs anyway you like them, toast, jam, tea and coffee. The beach was busy, we just about had the hotel pool to ourselves for two weeks, the pool was clean with enough sunbeds. It would be a pleasure to return to this hotel next year, already looking for next year deal with TUI. P.S. Any ladies who fancy some lovely jewelery, l can recommend Ali Zee at royal art, just opposite the hotel, we bought a 1.5 carat diamond ring last year and it was valued at 4 times what we paid for it for insurace purposes, not had this year's thing valued yet....     From the moment we arrived the reception staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in room A7. We over looked the road and we had a giggle watching the world go by. I thought it might be noisy at night time but to my surprise we slept very well. The staff are so friendly and polite, I wanted some flowers to take to the cemetery and Prim/ Norman had them delivered to the hotel for me now that’s what I call service going above and beyond. I really couldn’t thank him enough for what he did. So we want to say a massive thank you to all the staff and management.     Staff at this hotel are fantastic, and really make it feel like a home away from home. They are friendly and helpful. Pros: Staff, Room Service, Location, Restaurant attached, Pool. Cons: Bathroom for me needs a bit of attention, i hate to mention the unreliable WiFi but I'm sure others may point it out but didn't have a big impact on my holiday. All in all, I'd love to stay here again if i return to Goa. Highly recommended, was sad to leave.... More

    From arrival to check out, the staff were the most courteous I've come across. Room was very tidy and spacious with great air con and a fridge, we even had two balcony areas (B10). Washroom was basic but it's hot water so not complaining. Breakfast is limited but suits everyone. The pool area is clean and cosy. I loved it. Fabulous area, so close to the beach and lots surrounding the hotel, but has a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere compared to popular calangute. Angaraa restaurant attached to the hotel has the best steak in town and provide great room service!!! Would definitely stay again. 9.5/10. (Washroom could do with a little tlc ) ... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 11 AM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
