Great 1st stay

1st time in goa and the staff here have made our staff a great one. Nothing is to much trouble and so friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Bedding changed daily. Fresh towels. Breakfast is limited but sets you up for the day.
Tonight we eat our evening meal in the hotel and so far its the best rare beef Ive had in goa. Tender juicy and tasty.

Nice place to stay. Handy area for beach close by and shopping out front. Food was good, particularly for dinner and also omelettes at breakfast. Breakfast got a bit boring , but quality was good and from very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice (although the pool area seemed to be a thoroughfare for the staff to some kind of rubbish area behind the pool. Bit annoying with young male staff constantly thru the pool area). Rooms were good - Superior (some updating would serve them well) with plenty of space and nice balcony area and close to the pool. Stayed a couple of nights in a Delux room - lots of stairs to get to the room. I found the Delux quite small and poorly lit and old looking with a small balcony onto the street. Delux was also very noisy from the street outside. There was no kettle provided in the rooms. One was delivered when we asked for it - so you need your own tea/coffee/sugar etc. Also there is no complimentary water in the rooms (unusual in such a hot climate) - we were charged for water when we asked for it. Perfect for Beach lovers

Have had booked it after a lot of checking of reviews...and it was worth the stay.the room had a wonderful balcony view which opens up to the Candolim beach road...and in the current monsoon season, it was cherry on the cake..we enjoyed a lot sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view (obviously when we were at hotel early morning and late nights). Location is perfect, like 5mins walking to beach...front desk person Sudesh ( helped in clearing my doubts while booking the hotel) and at stay time Anthony was there to help..if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, just go for it...stayed from 1st till 6th September...... Horrible Hotel Stay Ever

A poorly managed hotel, this place stunks of dampness, we had to leave the hotel because it was infested with fungus and termite nests ! After complaint there was no action taken and the manager casually that we cannot do anything it can be sorted only after the rains ! We lost rs13000/- of the booking as we couldn’t stay ! Thanks to makemytrip who thugged us !! Even after raising complaints ! They have uploaded pictures of white people to glamourise their hotel, if you are reacingbthis please don’t get carried away !
