    We spent a week here, problem with the 1st room given but moved quickly, beds changed daily and rooms spotless. Restaurants are fabulous and all the staff are very good and friendly, right by the beach and the pool is a great place to chill out! No idea why TUI downgraded it to 2 star from 3 I'll be booking again for December and for 2 weeks as a week was too stressful with the long flight. The only downpoint and nothing to do with the hotel, beware of the long wait at immigration at the airport and have a bottle of water with you as no vending machines whilst getting processed we waited 2 hours to be stamped Did not put me off in the slightest and will definitely be back... More

    Once again, we stayed here for our holiday having done so for the last 11 years. Every year, the management and staff make us feel very welcome. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced each day and the staff will take care to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. The staff at breakfast are always on hand to help if you need it, always cheerful and have a great attitude to life and when you are at Sheetal or Chicago which are two excellent restaurants on site, they provide the best possible friendly service and look after us as though we are part of their family. Our stay this time coincided with a delay getting back to the UK due to airspace issues and Peter, the Manager really did help us by letting us keep the rooms for the few days extra and also doing everything possible to find out when we would be returning to the UK. We are really looking forward to our next holiday and stay at Silver Sands Holiday Village - the staff are what truly makes our time special here.... More

    Another perfect Christmas & New Year

    Our 4th Christmas & New Year here at the Silver Sands . Have to say it just gets better with each passing year . The hotel is on the basic side for hotels in Goa but it's clean , extremely friendly & the perfect location ( it's all about location ) The staff are lovely . Extremely obliging and just so friendly . In particular AJ & Tom in the bar , who really can't do enough for you . In fairness everyone working at the hotel goes above & beyond & there's something nice about seeing the same faces each year . Look as I've said there are definitely nicer looking hotels in the area but this works for us , so much so I've already booked for next Christmas & New Year ( think that says it all ) ... More

    This place is a 2*+ accommodation with 5* staff with special mentions to rahul and tom, we stayed in a superior room which was great, very spacious with fab air conditioning especially when you come out of the sun,the thing about this place is the location literally 2mins from beach and restaurants etc,please make sure you bring small padlock for safe which is nr reception, I would not hesitate to return here or indeed recommend this place.Thanks silver sands you made our stay 1 to remember ...     My mother and Father Derek and June stayed for a month in November until December 2019 and my mother had recently been ill and she has asked me to thank Peter on her behalf for looking after them so well with a lovely room and kindness.It has helped with her recuperation and made her feel much better.She is looking forward to returning very soon this year.... Situated at a distance of 5 km from Shree Shantadurga Temple, Silver Sand Holiday Village features free internet facility. This 2 storey hotel in Goa maintains 71 spacious rooms. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 AM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
