    I am a regular guest to this service apartment. Location very conveniently. Value for money. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious and toilet is well maintained.     I was there at the Habibullah Road unit (SreeDeviNiwas...near Nadigar Sangam) from 8th Dec-10th Dec 2012, with family on a personal visit. What surprised most was when the bill was delivered. - it was in a piece of paper...offering no legitimacy as the website or the brand that was being promoted. - Most importantly, I was charged for breakfast, tea and coffee when I was given to understand that the room tariff includes breakfast. So check in advance, get this in writing if you are considering this place. - If you want to tip the cook, housekeeper, etc please do so with them 1;1. Not through the manager. It does not help the persons concerned. The location is good, the accommodation spacious, food OK...just that the above was, IMO, in bad taste. Hope they learn to put customer first...asap.... More

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
