    Worst breakfast with only 1 option, better not use word 'option', that too was not edible. Pool dirty, no water in shower, even after repeatedly telling, no resolution. Please do not book.Total waste of money.... More

    We check in at 12.25, pay for d room and waiting till 1:00.. this is really disputing, staff here making fool.. a female staff here said half an hour to clean the room, they make us to wait more than a hour.. this how they Harras people here.. I have no option becoz I have paid for the room.. pathetic hotel nd horrible experience..... More

    I booked a hotel with booking reference WUYQ8513. This was a really bad experience with this hotel. Firstly, I booked a room for 3 people but not sure why email says 2 people. Upon calling customer care, I was informed the same thing and it didn't help. I had to pay extra 1500 Rs in cash (when there is already cash crunch in the country)to accommodate my sister in that crap hotel. We were supposed to check-in at 12:00 Pm but we were late and reached there at around 1:00 Pm. Our room was not ready, servant cleaned the room in front of us. There were no towels in room, bed sheets were not clean, we were not provided with the oyo welcome kit, not even water. The Receptionist was not professional and her behavior was rude. I thought of canceling the booking as well but there was no refund so I had no choice but to stay at this hotel. Staff was not responding properly to our queries. Usually, breakfast in hotels under Oyo is served at 7:30 Am - 8:00 Am but we were told that before 9:30 Am there will be no breakfast. Moreover, there was no hot water in the bathroom. I am totally pissed off by this experience, I have never faced any issued like this with any other Hotel booking vendors. I am afraid if i will advise any of my friends to book room though OYO or will book any of room myself. Thank you... More

Each room has an attached bathroom with constant supply of hot and cold water. Also, a TV room is present in the premises of the resort. The resort houses a gym, business center, coffee shop, and swimming pool Services offered by this Goa resort are medical assistance, front desk, and housekeeping. Shruti Beach Resort has an in-house restaurant for its guests. The Monteiro Bus Stop is 1 km and the Goa International Airport is 38 km away from the property. Nearby tourist attractions include the Calangute Beach (2 km), the Aguada Fort (7 km), Anjuna Beach (9 km), and Chapora Fort (10 km).

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
