    Budget hotel for overnight stay

    We had a gap between our evening flight to Kolkata and the early morning flight to Assam. So we wanted a budget place near the airport. Plus points: Free pick up and drop from the airport, On time, polite staff at reception, spacious clean bathroom, Good value for money. Wifi speed good Negatives: No toiletries. They even forgot to give us towels. Got them the next morning despite reminder when we checked in. The location isn't all that great. But the rooms are OK. Don't expect luxury. There is a small hotel with limited items on the menu just across the hotel. Don't miss the sweet shop adjacent to it. We had some great rossogullas.... More

    No hospitality at all

    The room service is pathetic and there is no hospitality at all.I asked for morning tea, it was told that the tea would be served in 30 min. It wasn't, I called again and enquired, they said it will take another 15 min. I called half an hour later and asked about the delay, the person acted as if he was not aware. The finally sent tea, which too was made 3/4 hours earlier. If a hotel cannot provide you basic tea, what else can you expect!... More

    I booked the hotel for a nights stay (less than 12 hours) for flight change. The hotel offered me an upgrade as stated by them as they did not had the room booked by me ready. The junior suite room and the bathroom was of decent size and well furnished. However on entry the feel was not very satisfying inspite of the good qualities of the room. As stated in their website the room amenities are not properly or adequately provided and on demand they provided me with a few. The airport pick up and drop was pretty good. Initially I had doubts whether pick up will be there in the midnight but they were really good in that and probably they are experienced in this aspect of providing service to air passengers. The morning breakfast which was complimentary was laid out in their old building on the other side of the street and was quite ok, good enough to start the morning. I had a very quick bite around 8am as I had to catch an early flight. Ok for a night if you are looking for a cheap option close to the airport. Takes around 15 minutes to the airport.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
