    We booked 3 "Two-beadroom Apartments" for Rs. 5000 for each for 2 days stay from booking.com (but the name in booking.com was "Dolphin Studio Apartments"). Because of some booking.com contact person's mess, they said the rooms are not available and left us hanging. Later we tried to do booking on our own and they were charging us more money than the real booking. Already late and tired, we decided to book it anyway. But then they said that only one "Two-beadroom Apartments" is available now and we had to book other 3 normal rooms. They gave asked us if we want a bill we will have to pay a 25% as GST. We needed the bill for our safety and we decided to pay it. So the cost was Rs. 20000 and Rs. 5000 GST (Total Rs. 25000). They gave us a stupid hand written bill which had no realy name of this place or even a seal. We asked them that this is bogus bill and we need a proper bill and in the last night of our stay they gave us a different bill and then the tax suddenly reduced to Rs. 2600. They are really running a scam there. Now about the rooms and other provisions. AC's did not work properly, they were leaking water all the time. Bathrooms were untidy and not maintained properly. The room lock was not secure enough. We had to ask multiple times to get the extra bed and pillows. Only positive is that the beds were comfortable enough.... More

    Rooms and toilets are poor. very poor management parking cant park traveller(17 seater). room service poor first time gst given as 24 percentage after argueing reduced to 18%.One rooms ac is out of order.... More

    I went on a solo trip and Goa was my last stop! The staff was extremely courteous!! The place is pretty cheap for the kind of services they provide. I'd definitely recommend it to people looking for a budget stay! Kudos! ... More

    We visited this place in September. It is not a resort, it's a apartment with swimming pool. The management is not helpful. They will not tell u if u ask anything about the places to be visited nearby. They did not provided the towels even asking repeatedly. Roof is leaking with water. There are cockroaches every where. ac's is not working properly. They provided complimentary breakfast, in that only bread with butter and jam, puri they have served. Each time they were getting 10 puris while they were around 50 people waiting. We felt like the during floods waiting for the food. Overall I don't recommend this place to anybody.... More

    Worst Hotel I had ever stay

    I went to this hotel on 19th August 2017 and checked out on 21st August 2017. Unfortunately I forget my wallet under my pillow and now when I called the manager I clearly refused that their is nothing.Though am confirm about it and they are not giving it back.I don't need any cash just give me my important things back but they are not ready to do that also they are just saying I had dropped it somewhere else which is actually worthless saying. No one is ready to help me out Extremely disappointed,as it was not my first strip I had never seen this kind of Manager and staff before.Worst starting with worst ending Strictly recommending to not stay their they will not help you.... Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
