    I would give below 1 rating if the option was available . Nasty nasty nasty!!!Stay away from this hotel! The rooms are not what they advertised online. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. 1) Bad rooms - Rooms were stinking,AC were not working in room,floor was dirty and had confetti on it. 2) inefficient staff ( specially GANESH) 3) Guest had to wait for room service ( they will provide after 12 noon Cz before that they r busy ) 4) many more... It’s my humble request to other travelers not to book this place looking at the pictures. This place is was totally unbearable .... More

    This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. • Hygiene : during our 4 days of stay, the hotel staff was not bothered to clean the room. Had to follow up with the staff for 3 hours to get the room cleaned. Was expected to use the same towel for 4 day stay. Same bedsheet for entire period of stay….don’t know whether they were changed when we checked in. • No drinking water provided in room. • . Dirty water supply in the bath room, water was stinking and muddy. Further the water supply was erratic had to wait with soap on, as water was not available for half an hour. • During our stay there was a surprise check by the local municipal authorities of the hotel premise. They requested us to come out of the pool immediately as contaminated water from the near by sewer was flowing in the pool. • When we complained the Oyo room staf Ganesh...he started abusing us.. even called some local people on phone and told us to wait for 5 mins …sabko dikhata hun • Breakfast part of the package was pathetic…only puri bhaji and bread butter jam for buffet breakfast daily . I could go on but I am not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been to a worst hotel like this and met such rude two faced staff.If you are not majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, please go ahead and ruin your vacation...     Worst place to stay.....very poorly maintained, rooms and bathrooma not clean and smelly, bathroom water was smelly, poor housekeeping, bad food for breakfast, rude and threatening staff members, sewage water was seeping in the swimming pool as was found out during the surprise check by the Local Municipality officials and they told our group not to use swimming pool and the list is endless......avoid completely...     1stly didn’t have an option to give negative hence giving a one star. To start off with the pictures uploaded and shown are old when the hotel was comparatively new. Once u reach there it a shocker the rooms are smelly with dirty interiors looks like no maintenance. We had booked 24 rooms for 48 pax for 5 days.The free breakfast is tasteless. Margarine instead of butter cheap quality Jam. Be prepared for no electricity for 4-5 hours every day. Water also goes 1-2 times a day. The OYO management sitting at the hotel are the most unprofessional ones i have ever seen. Inspite of asking to clean the rooms for several times the rooms were not cleant for 2 days. The OYO staff at the hotel think that they are goons and once even threatened out group “ tum log jaante nai main local hoon kya kar sakta hoon” all as we complained about dirty and no water. Avoid using the swimming pool as there is seapage and gutter water enters the pool. The ac’s in most rooms don’t function properly. Most unprofessional management. Stay at your own risk.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
