    Be careful to put in your hard earned money

    Highly disappointed with their 24 hours*checkin policy..i had paid for anytime checkin ( 24 hours checkin) through their offical booking site.They made me to wait for an hour & on my persistent demand gave me a small room to freshen up.wen i came back to hotel at around 12 noon still they could not give me my booked room and moreover the staff was incompetent and rude and asked me to see the manager. Rooms were not upto mark as amount charged..room service was prompt and the breakfast was good enough.... More

    Pros: Walkable to Pune main railway station 24-hour check-in, check-out Good, helpful, well behaved staff Wi-Fi, TV, AC worked well Cons: Room was not up to the price I paid(I paid 1700+ for a night, super deluxe AC room) Old, rustic rooms(#105 I stayed), old furniture with some broken fittings in bathroom Toilet sink was full with hot water(some issue with maintenance) I did not have breakfast and did not avail room service, so I can not comment on that. Overall, this place is alright for an overnight stay for its close proximity to the railway station.... More

    We stayed in this hotel in Jan 2018. It was a total disappointment for us. The very first day we checked in, tried to sleep after hours of travel. Heard a noise, like someone banging on our wall. Reported the nuisance to the management. They said some construction going on and it will take some time to complete it. Despite our complaint, the banging sound continued on and we left the room. As per their advertisement, there is a free breakfast. It was very cheap food, doesn't taste good and the quality and the options were very poor. Very poor customer service, they don't even apologize for their inconvenience.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
