    I checked in at 2 am my booking was from day before, still i have to wait at reception for 1 hr, the person at reception was lazy and don't want to work he was keep telling me that they work like this only & instead me to change my hotel and not to book this hotel ever again.. and some time use to say room is getting ready, sometime he say let check out happen then he will give me room (but my booking was from previous day) and lots of excuses.. Even he do not know anything about hotel and said staff is not responsible, management want them to work like that, I felt that guy was drunk on his shift but I m not sure.. then he gave me room with twin bed... when I denied to accept he called his manager, his manager tried to convince me when I didn't agree to him then he gave me king size bed. I really do not understand the policy of the hotel.. Pathetic stay... Rooms are nice but services are not.... More

    This is my second stay at Senses. This time because of a marriage which was hosted here and again we had a great experience. Service: The helpfulness and the courtesy of the staff is one of the prime reason for a 5 star rating. The staff may be a bit slow but they are very helpful. Right from the time you arrive. Taking your luggage to the room till your checkout. The room service staff is also very polite and helpful. The reception staff is a bit slow but effective and helpful. Facility: They have 2 banquet halls on the first and second floor where you could host a small function. They have a roof top swimming pool and a bar on the 12 floor which can provide a very different experience and a very good view of the Salt Lake skyline. Food: The food is tasty although I find the buffet (breakfast and dinner) to be somewhat expensive. However, it could be due to its location. Suggestion: Since I stayed for 3 nights I closely experience the elevators. There are three elevators but their algorithm could be improved. The wait time was too long at times. Again it could be because the hotel was way too crowded because of the 3 marriages it was hosting in addition to the normal guests.... More

    It was a bit difficult to locate this hotel even with my GPS on. Guess this was so because it was located in a bylane and not on the main road. SUGGESTION: Please put some location indicator on the main road. No arrangement was there for parking the vehicle. My vehicle had to be parked at a nearby pay and use parking lot. There was no gateman at the door and the lobby was overcrowded, so despite making an online reservation there was chaos. The lady asked me to go and sit and wait. Not appreciated by me, because after an exhausting journey one wants to unwind in the room one has booked. Finally I approached another gentleman on duty who was more prompt with the work. The bellboy was very courteous and helpful and so was the room cleaning staff. However, the roll down curtain on the window near the bathtub had massive amount of mould and black spot fungus on it, which is tooooo yucky. I could not muster the courage to have a bath. Similarly toilet paper roll was missing and so was the hand/face towel. Considering the hotel is placed in a 4 star category, I was pretty disappointed and frankly would neither suggest it to anyone nor go there again. P.S. the restaurant had a good spread of veg and non veg dishes, which was the only saving grace.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
