About service - one of the nightmare to book hotel hotel service is pathetic no cleanliness in room and floor a.c service no remote service one of the worst hotel i spent 2 nights & 3 days no proper service make fool to the own customer no proper phone service to there extension number.even nobody came to change bed.
About staff - staff uniform is very dirty no proper sense of speaking to the client. I said to one of the staff what is the fare price for cab he told me first 1200 after a next day told me i shocked and also me train arrival time to mumbai morning 8 but the staff name tanmay didnt wake me up i inform him before one day to wake me up tanmay is a nightmare to customer me advise dont trust him.

first "hotel management is not responsible for any theft of your valuable in rooms" this is tagged everywhere in hotel. The doors are also not properly locked. The cleanliness is at worst at room and toilets are stinking.... The complete place is a hell . I never felt so unsafe. the beds and blanket they provided is so poorly cleaned that you have itching during sleep . Please never book such hotel total loss of money and your valuable time turned into worst experience.... More
