A must visit place

Me and my family just returned from 3 night stay at seasons hotels and resorts. Must say this hotel is probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Since we had a long train journey and were extremely tired we requested for an early check in that was given to us on priority basis.
The rooms are extremely well kept and the breakfast is buffet style with a selection that should satisfy everyone's tastes.
This hotel is really value for money and I will definitely recommend it. We thank you for the special stay.

1st of all this hotel is not suitable for 2 star rating but it's 3 star, How don't know!
It's not at all a resort how can you call it resort if it doesn't have swimming pool, sport/ recreation facilities ,Jim is there but it's chargeable.
Now regarding service ...these guys don't know how to serve a guest properly.they are having rude staff.
They stop room service at 10:30pm.
Place like Goa where people come to enjoy by having food and drinks till late night. The restaurant guy denied plate pickup and cleaning table @ 10:45pm
and asked us to place the dirty plates outside the room, they will take it in morning. I mean what kind of rudeness is this?
Food is not good as they serve all frozen food. They not giving preference to guests choice but serve what is easy for them to cook. Tee/ coffee served is machine made. Buffet breakfast had day before yesterday's leftover bread's. They are not ready to provide egg omelet for breakfast by saying- it will be chargeable.
Rooms are having dull interiors and Rooms are small. You can spot Cockroaches and ants roaming everywhere in room, on bed also. They don't bother to keep soap and shampoo in bathroom and after asking for same, the guy told me it was not in store.
Soooo......... to summarize I can say we had terribly bad and worst experience of staying in this hotel.

Terrible terrible terrible hotel only and only because of the receptionist in both night and day shift ... extremely rude and misbehaved , non cooperative , no manners and a complete misfit for the hospitality industry !! They bring down the standard of the already average hotel... please try and avoid staying here at all cost

As syggested by the travel agent, who probably is biased, I stayed at this Hotel.
It was disappointing right from checking in till check out. There was no responsible person to check in late night and was received by a gentleman who was inexperienced and may have been a junior housekeeping staff.
at 12.30 AM there was nothing available to eat. it was wrong to expect it from a low standard hotel.
sleep comfort was terrible with a huge hard pillow that would break necks
Breakfast was below standards.
Tariff was as high as a 4 star decent hotel and no compromise on that!!
even in case of an emergency one may choose a cheap lodge to stay rather than waste money on this Hotel.

I stayed here for one night with my partner after a long day travelling from London and we enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms are clean and our breakfast was really good! Our servers Veliston and Johnny were lovely, and very smiley! Thanks so much we will definitely back again :)
