    Refused Booking saying we were unmarried

    Made a booking for 10th Aug to 11th Aug on booking.com since myself & my wife were to check in on 11th early morning.. The moment we reached, the receptionist flatly said there was no booking. After some pleading with him to recheck he said we had booked for previous day and confused him. Then he said as of 12am they had cancelled the booking since we dint come. I pointed out to him that we made the booking only at 11pm last night and had mentioned that we would be checking in at 7am next day. He then suspiciously asked if we were married and demanded both of our andhar cards. We gave him the same which obviously the carried same address. He then demanded proof that we were married! We told him that in my wife's andhar card marital status and name of husband is clearly given but he refused to even look at it. He himself asked to see a photo which we showed along with our kid. And then he called someone and said that a couple was not showing proof of marriage and demanding a room! And he told us he was asked not to give us a room. He clearly had a preconceived notion that we were unmarried! Terrible place. Please don't go if u want to be treated with decency!... More

    I would like to start out by saying that this hotel employs child labour. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It was a disappointing and disheartening stay. All room services are managed by Child Labourers from north-east. In addition, the rooms are dirty and lift didn't work. On requesting room service to clean, a young boy from north-east of India who was less than 12 years old came to clean the room. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.... More

    Proximity to everything is the highlight of this hotel. Reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and informative. It’s all the little things that count when travelling on a budget - this place has reliable hot water, great room size, good ac & fan, and just about to try out their offer for clothes washing 🙂 Very quiet rooms (I’d rather occasionally hear the children downstairs in their day care than constant honking as with other places on a main road)! Brekkie was a plus, but could be improved.... More

    Season 4 residence is located in chennai at thiruvanmiyur. I booked the place online and reached here through online cabs. It has got a decent look and the check in was smooth. The receptionist asked specifically for the booking voucher but he was satisfied with the email I forwarded to him. Room was neat, well maintained, air conditioned provided  with a tv and neat bathroom. No complimentary mineral is available. The complimentary breakfast provided is just pongal and vada which was very poor. Asleep quality was good and the staff all are ready to help. Check in policy for online booking is 11-11 and it's a cost effective option for the travellers here.... More

Season 4 Residences welcomes its guests in the biggest commercial center of South India i.e. Chennai. This budget hotel in Chennai accommodates its guests in any of its comfortable rooms. Other modern room amenities like comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and a lot more is offered in these rooms. A neat attached bathroom ready with constant supply of hot/cold water is also available in these rooms. Other facilities like doctor-on-call service, laundry/dry cleaning facility and onsite parking are also available. Backup generator facility is also arranged for non-stop power supply.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
