    PROS - 1. Rooms are nice and spacious with basic amenities like fridge, air conditioner, satellite TV. 2. Value for money. Dirt cheap during off season. 3. Location is good. 200 meter from beach and near to market and restaurants. CONS - 1. Service and hospitality is good only for foreign tourist. 2. No one switch on the generator when hotel has power cut, you need to goto reception every time to ask them for generator backup. 3. No food menu if you ask something like tea, coffee. You need to give whatever they ask for.... More

    I would recommend sleeping in your car than staying at this god-awful place. When we book any hotel we expect three basic amenities -room tidiness, a courteous hotel staff and getting all the promised amenities which come with the room. Well, this one failed on providing all three and then failed in some other aspects. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the restaurant area (it was mentioned on GoIbibo that it would work in that area) and the pool was always dirty and not fit for any human being to take a swim. Next the staff particularly the manager who was full of himself to be frank did not pay attention to any of the guests. If you happen to choose this hotel as your last resort or by mistake you end up here then I suggest you skip/opt out of the free breakfast as they serve you uncooked vegetables and stale bread which you just cannot pick up without them breaking instantly. The rooms are very unhygienic and particularly the toilets where the flush didn't work. Our rooms had TV only for namesake as it had the old fashioned cable connection and not the dish cable connection(Even slums/shanties have a dish cable connection these days). When we complained that the channels aren't showing up the manager told us plainly that it's not working in all the rooms and that the weather is bad. What sort of explanation was that really? Don't get me started on the room service - no phones in the room (Room price 3.5k Rs./- ++) and no menu to order any food which meant the two items which they promised they would deliver to our room - Veg sandwich and omelette could be priced as per their will and that was completely unprofessional as obviously we didn't get any proper bill for that and we had to pay for the food at the time of delivery itself. The hotel is located at a prime location and is close to the Candolim and Sinquerim beach but apart from that there is nothing else to speak about this highly unprofessional hotel. These type of hotels are a blemish on Goa's tourism industry and should be removed from all booking websites to help travelers. So,seriously avoid this hotel and thank me later.... More

    No room service at all, not even tea would be served. so much so that the room does not have an intercom facility or a room bell to call a waiter. every time we had to cross the pool longitudinally and reach the reception. Service was just bad. Goa has number of options. can be easily skipped.... More

    Waste of money. 3rd class service. No customer oriented. We visited I on 9th of June 2016. First the receptionist said we don't have any booking. When we showed a confirmation mail of 4 rooms through make my trip he said ok. Through out the day I didn't seen room service person. When we approached for the same they straight forward said room service person will be available next only. Staff is very rude with customers. TV not working. No intercom service in rooms. No WiFi. Continuous power cuts. 200 INR for normal sandwich, 30 INR for dip tea. Swimming pool full of bad water. No blankets in room. Leakage of water in bathroom. Total waste of money and time visiting this hotel. I suggest not to visit this hotel even by fault. I stayed in room no.49. third class view from room. Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
