    Normal hotel at kottivakkam. Rooms are ok . Free WiFi available.tv not working. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff also friendly. Room is not big one small room for nite sleep purpose. In room 2 bedroom only one towel is providing. Rest of things ok. We can go for normal stay... More

    my daughter and i arrived in december 2016, i gave rs. 1000/- advance and rest of the payment was to be done after 3 days of checkout, Mr. Thiruvasan told he would refund the cash and take the entire payment through card. After 3 days be backed out and did not give cash. Also the hotel did not have bath stool, WIFI facility. I gave the keys to the hotel people while going to work but they did not clean the room. There were mosquitoes inside the room. The AC was not working but it was winter time so we didn't face much problem. The rooms were clean when we checked in. The person at the counter was unaware of the places around the hotel. The hotel restaurant was shut down due to lack of good business... More

    This is for those who would like to stay on budget at a safe and secure place. Sea Shore Inn is like any other decent budget hotel. For me, what sets it apart is the attitude of its staff. during my week long stay, they have been ever helpful and responding to my requests. The hotel is located in Kottivakkam area on ECR road. Buses, auto, cabs are easily available. Rooms are OK, not very big. But its a budget hotel. AC in my room was effective. Wifi internet can be had complimenatry, from the rooms. Speed was good, though occasionally, internet was down for few minutes. The hotel has inhouse Kerala style (Nellara) is open only during evenings. You can try some Kerala style food out here.     I had made online booking in advance, therefore i did not had any issue in getting room. Hotel is good in terms cost, restaurant & nearby beach. Stayed there for 2 days as a solo traveller. Room & wash room was in good condition & provided with neat & clean towel. Place is little bit compact but good for staying for a short time. Had no issues while my stay.... More

    We are a married couple and we had booked this place in advance. When we arrived at the place they denied to give us the room even after we showed enough proof that we were married. The manager was very rude and he wanted to see the original marriage certificate. Also they refused to give us the refund since the room was on hold. We had a very bad experience and I won't recommend this place to anyone.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
