    Pros: 1. Hotel room was and bathroom was clean. 2. The view from the Restaurant top i.e. terrace gives a beautiful sea view, small though! Cons: 1. Hotel doesn't have parking space for Car. 2. Water is not free, 40 rs are charged for a water bottle. 3. At 150 meters from Hotel, a huge dump of garbage is present, on the only lane for the hotel! Place stinks bad all the time. 4. Hotel staff need to understand that it is bad to ogle at the female guests! 5. Charges are way too high as compared to hotel location (away from sea, only distant part of sea visible, that too some part, and rest is covered with trees and other construction) and services were very poor. No room cleaning daily Water boiling pot was dirty Internet speed was really low Restaurant in hotel is very costly I would not recommend this hotel.... More

    I stayed here with my friends in august 19 .. Smelly n stinky rooms..Location of hotel is zero.. No room service.. Very high charge for basic kits.. Just bread butter in breakfast buffet.. Hotel staff n car rentals in hotels are goons. They fought for no reason took our advanced rent and security . Worst experience ever..... More

    We stayed here recently on family vacation, selected this hotel due to its proximity to beach. Let me confess this was my wrong decision as you can not see beach by just due to one small shabby walkway it is closure to beach. Coupled with this lift is shut during monsoon season I do not understand what is the logic. Basic kit like dental kit is at charge. Housekeeping needs to be asked for. Roof top restaurant offers very basic limited breakfast just one dish like upama and tea. During our stay it was filled with water and guys were cleaning it in front of us. Would you seat in restaurant filled with water. Hospitality is absent and expensive thus do not book any sight seeing from front desk. Cable TV if works then you are lucky. Thus it is up to you to waste your money. Do not go by room images.... More

    its a awsome placwe where i love to live,, i really cant forgot about the environmenrt of their , such a positive environment of there, rmost impo. thing is the beach view restaurant from roof tp restaurant n bar with pleasent music you can enjoy with a sip of drink copol blowing wind its gonna amazing ,, trust me its a best stay to enjoy your holiday, there ius one point for all thing you requred on holiday,, all types of trip, local guidance , taxi servicr, rented car and bikes , walkable distance to beach its just 30 secnds ... the rtitos lane is jhust 5 min. the big spqacious ooms, with higieneic environment... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
