    Good but needs service improvement

    Stayed couple of days with family. Location is very good near to Sargadwar and market. Sea facing rooms have awesome views thru windows. No baconies. But service was not upto the mark. AC was not functioning properly unable to control temparature. Did not work out despite of several calls and requests. TV also had problems. Initially no settop box was in the room. After several calls they placed one which we found defective one. After several calls they replaced. Then we experienced power socket issues that is connected to the TV. In short huge issues in serviceing side. During checkout when I explained all such problems, the person in the receptuon had no reaction which surprised me a lot. Overall experience is not good from service standpoint.... More

    Stay at a prime location in Puri

    This hotel is located at the prime location. People who want solace and peaceful time-off may not opt for this hotel, as this place is over-crowded. I have been staying in this hotel when ever I visit Puri - for more than 10 years. Till date they have kept the same kind of service and facilities. As mentioned by other travellers, the sea-view from the hotel room is excellent (you dont have to go to the beach). No balconies available though. The food available is good (both Indian and Chinese), and you can order food at your room, if you do not wish to go to the restaurant downstairs. The only drawback, I would say - they still accept only cash. The bookings can be done over phone.... More

    The hotel is located in a prime location at puri, just beside sargadwar. Very easy to reach from the railway station. The rooms are very good and comfortable. There is a lack of balconies but the windows provide a very good view of the sea. They also have a Chinese restaurant where the food is good, nothing too special. I enjoyed my stay here... More

    Location of the hotel is good. Room is ok but no hot water in toilet, Seaview is very nice from the hotel room. Behavior of staff and security personal are good. Rooms are overpriced than its quality. One problem is that: no debit/credit card is accepted here. Food quality is horrible in both Indian and Chinese restaurant.... More

    Came here on 10th of March. it's very crowdy in puri due to Holi, the hotel is situated very close to the market place.Its noisy but bearable. What's good about the hotel is the view of the sea from the rooms but the problem is the glass walls are very dirty. The glasses are not at all clean n rather patchy.Now about the room service, simply horrible.If u order any thing b sure that it will take 45 mins or more.There is NO WiFi.No Extra SWITCH points.Now come to the food. the menu is cheap.Dosa is very good.but Chinese items are Ok. Another point that needs to be mentioned is their kitchen opens at 8am so dnt expect bed tea b4dat.There is no geyser in the rooms although they provide hot water in buckets if asked.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
