I'd rather stay next door at Diamond Residence.

Price and location are good, but...
Pokey and dirty bathroom. Room stinks. Driver used the golf cart with "Maverick hotel" sign on it. Without being informed, we and other 2 customers of SPB paradise were waiting over half an hour while this "Maverick" cart going back and forth without asking if we were there for SPB. The staff rarely picked up the phone and preferred Chinese customers by letting them check out without checking their room (right in front of our faces while we were waiting for our room to be checked).
Good for transit stay near Chatuchak market
on Jul 13, 2017
We used this hotel for a transit stay for 1 night, location is around 5-6 km from Chatuchak weekend market. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was they did not have staff to carry luggage to/from the rooms. Overall the stay was good.
Great cheap hotel for extended stay

I just realised I forgot to review this place. I lived here for about six weeks in 2014 (check box says 2016 because there was no option to choose an earlier time) while looking for a condo to rent. It's very close to the MRT and the surrounding sois have some nice little "mom and pop" stores.
I was able to get a room with a full bathtub. Internet service was a bit slow, but not really problematic.
The laundry ladies were wonderful. Their machines work all day long, but they are happy to empty one if a guest needs it.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
A nice small hotel tucked in a local residential area
on Jul 26, 2016
This is a nice, standard no frill hotel located in the deep of a Bangkok residential area with very affordable room rate. It's about 10 minutes walk to Sutthisan MRT or bus station. The hotel runs golf carts between the station and the hotel if you can wait for it. The room isn't very big, but very clean and comfortable. My room even came with a small balcony you can hang your washes. There is a small restaurant inside hotel you can order your meal. Staff are friendly. My room is quiet on the 4th floor. A few roadside restaurants in the alleys just outside of the hotel, and only serve food during meal times, that is 11am -1pm for lunch, again 6-8pm for dinner. Lots of street food during evenings, most of them deep fried fish or chicken. It's better take a bus ride to the food court at Central Plaza area to have a meal of proper Thail food. I almost had my meal there everyday. Though the hotel is a bit out of the main attractions, but if you don't mind the little walk to the MRT station, it's a good budget hotel to stay.
Feel like a home

It's small and just three stars standard hotel but it has some features such as cheap, staffs (most are family members) show good services,no language barrier, free transportation from hotel to nearest MRT station, clean room with balcony, quiet etc.
Definitely, I will come back to stay longer in the near future.
Location is quite nice and quiet even though among the local houses.
Please check whether room has bath tub or not if you like to have bath tub. All rooms has balcony but no hangers are provided.
