    Worst Experience with this "Property" (as I cant say this to Hotel)

    We have booked this for 2 nights (11 to 13 February 2019) from Booking.com (with linked to my credit card) Confirmation number: 1348717342 We've shocked when start searching this property, as there is no official name plate for this property anywhere.. no reception/help-desk office.. no security guard.. There is only building with one Mali (Gardner), who is taking care of this property.. we (me, my wife & my 1.5 years old son) reach 2hrs early there on 9.30 am on bike with requested for early check in from booking.com but no response received also trying to call owner not call not received from that agent There is one more twist we got to know from Mali (Gardner), He said "There is 3 different owners (property agents) for this building & I cant call all for your booking" So we have no choice to wait till 11.30 am check in time & I've waited there with my family & all our luggage outside the building on bike (as I cant cancelled my booking on same day & credit card linked on my booking.com account) But story is not end here, now its 11.55 am & we still outside the hotel & I received call from agent (Dileep joshi 9225251982) & he said "we cant give you same room as my earlier host (who is foreigner) refused to checkout same room but we can arrange you room in different property" then we said please cancel my booking from your end will find different property for stay & he cancelled our booking If you don't want to start your trip with lots of trouble, please don't go for it I personally feel that everyone should boycott this property...     We had a really wonderful stay there... Was received by Alex at the airport and dropped in an innova to the resort just for 1200/-to be received by the owner Ramona.. Room was extremely clean with washed linens and towels.... All gadgets were in working condition... Beach is walking distance.. Ration shops and restaurants are plenty around... Overall a memorable stay... Thanks a lot Alister ... More

    We recently stayed here for a month having previously stayed here 2 years ago.It was like living on a building site as the hotel next door was still not finished after having been assured by the agent it would have been completed before our stay. We were disturbed by the sound of angle grinders and hammering which meant you had to go elsewhere every day and even on your return the noise continued every day.The apartment looked very tired with bedlinen and towels needing replacing and the expectation was that as there was a washing machine you were expected to wash them yourself. During our stay the common walkways were never brushed let alone washed.The pool turned green several times and the agent had to be chased to deal with this.Rubbish accumulated but was never totally cleared even when requested.Stay elsewhere!...     i have stayed with my family and friends for one night at sea coast service apartments. i made booking through First Goa Travel Guide Mr. sathya seshan ph: 9921378757. it was a big mistake booking there. the place was dirty and full of mosquitos, no soap to wash hands, no tissue roll. dirty bed sheets and towels. the market is good two kilometers where u can buy anything basic. be aware that every flat belongs to different person and they have hired agents to rent out. agents r only bothered for their commision. once you have paid then there is nobody to listen to you. my advise to all pl. dont book goa accomodation if you going to stay in apartments or in budget hotels, go there and after seeing ...hire it. there are plenty of places and you won't sleep under sky. next day we shifted to ZURI. which is very good....     Stayed for three weeks in a ground floor apartment. The local agent was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances.The apartment was advertised as fully serviced, but when we enquirer about linen changes we were told to use the washing machine, and It took a fortnight to get the place cleaned (the agent did it himself).Part of the incomplete complex had been taken over by an hotel group and building work was in progress every day from early morning until well into the night.The dust that this work generated contaminated the swimming pool and made it unusable for the vast majority of our stay.The apartment itself was perfectly adequate but was in need of some TLC. to remove cobwebs etc . We wouldn't return and we couldn't recommend it to anyone . The owners need to get their act together to offer a more pleasing environment to their customers.... More

Sea Coast Service Apartment is located near Zuri White Sand, Pedda Beach Varca, Salcette, Goa. This is a best place to relax at some incredibly scenic beaches of Goa. This hotel has 24 hours front desk to assist guest and room service available for limited hours. Guest can park their vehicles in the parking area around the hotel. Hotel offers same day laundry service as well as dry clean facility. Emergency first aid provision is also available at the hotel. Pedda Beach Varca is the closest beach where guest can relax and spend their time. Rooms are well equipped with a television and basic furniture.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 11 AM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
