    0/5 .. useless place .. easy for access to al happening places in north goa ..but maintenance is very bad .. bathrooms are so dirty .. they don't have an intercom and they would not come for cleaning after 2pm .. they don't provide you sheets .. if you want any service , they would come only after two hours or they never come .. AC doesn't work only ... complimentary breakfast is such a waste .. it doesn't look like a 3 star hotel .. if u don't mind ambience but just want to have fun in goa , then u can go ahead with this resort .. but food is bad .. swimming pool is so dirty .. and only the workers over there will b eating with u when u hav their breakfast .. I say a big NO to this resort if u want to stay .. there are better resorts with the same rate and good maintenance ppl .. ... More

    The room is quite spacious with a large bed, a TV (didn't work), a fan, an air conditioner and a small wardrobe where it was impossible to hang anything longer than a t-shirt. The lightning was poor, sometimes the electricity went out. Wi-Fi almost never worked. Room service was on request only. The was no iron, that was upsetting. The staff was friendly. But when other tourists at the hotel were making noise after 10pm no one stopped them and we had to calm them down. Breakfasts were sufficient but all the same every day. ... More

    Service of the hotel is very poor. There is not a good restaurant in hotel. No blankets are available. Location is good nre calangute beach. Swimming pool is also good. Ground floor rooms facilities are there.... More

    Good place to stay. 100 mts from calanguate beach. Have really nice rooms. Pool seems fine. Only drawback they don't serve food. The lady at the reception is a little rude but then finally helps you solve your problems. During late night hours, no one will be available for room service. No additional facilities as well... More

    Very bad hotel. Not cleaned . Ac not working, freedge not working . First they given outside hotel room. That room was very dirty and located outside from hotel. Then they chaged the room when I foced too much.staff behaviour was very rude. ... More

Overview

Sea Breeze Village is located just 1 km from the Calangute Beach, Goa. This resort has an outdoor swimming pool. The Candolim Beach is also 2 km from the resort. There are a total of 46 well appointed rooms with a pool view or garden view. Each room has TV, air conditioner, mini bar and private bathroom.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
