    Tired and scruffy

    We recently had the misfortune to have lunch here during a day on the beach. The beach was perfect as was the setting but sadly the restaurant was a disgrace as was the service. Granted it was busy but certainly no excuse for the awful mess and litter. Dirty table cloths and dirty glasses appeared to be the norm.     A Hotel which delivers below its potential

    We shifted to North Goa after staying in South Goa. We found this hotel while searching for one which allows pets. Initially they refused, but agreed after I assured my pet wont be a problem. The hotel is located very near to beach. Rooms are well built with decent size balconies. A small swimming pool. All rooms are air conditioned. A nice, small beautiful hotel. What I did not like about the hotel was it had no parking area. I had to park in open. Reception is non existent. In house restaurant and room service is not there. Though they say restaurant will be operational soon. And no one keeps a check on people entering or exiting the premises. I checked out early morning, and no one was there. I just kept the room keys at the counter. And then I forgot I had left my GPS in the room. So I came back in, took the keys, opened the room, took my GPS kept the key back and went out. Hotel owners/ managers, please take a note on this. Otherwise a nice hotel with very reasonable tarriff. And you were kind to my pet. God bless you. Room #10 has some plumbing issues. Water from bathroom seeps into entrance area.... More

    Location is off the main road. This hotel used to be a regular hotel for Tjareborg package tours for Scandinavians which means that it was well managed and kept clean. Better than average (mid price) hotel. I hope that they have kept the standards. The rooms have lovely, very big balconies which face the inner yard, away from traffic. The staff was very sweet and nice. They don't have a restaurant but there is an adequate breakfast. I would stay here again.... More

    We were booked in at Ruffles but were shown to our rooms here instead! We stayed here for 5 nights in a ground floor room. One of the security chains on the balcony doors was broken and the TV didn't work but we didn't want to watch TV any way. There was air conditioning but we found the ceiling fan to be adequate. The room had a fridge which kept a decent temperature. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well most of the time, there was one time when it did not get hot. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. There is a small pool in the courtyard with limited loungers, the courtyard was sheltered by trees. The staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast here as used the facilities in Ruffles Hotel. In all a decent hotel.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
