    This is a beautiful property and an old hotel and due to competition the maintenance is not there as less profit but the staff attitude and clealiness is just not acceptable. The only professional staff the lady receptionist whose picture I have uploaded. Even the coffee or restaurant server is good behaved allthough due to money issues they don't offer any food. My room had ants all over and the comode is moving out of the place. The worst experience was with the cleaning staff like one named Ajay who is rude and spits near the pool while cleaning it. I have added his picture and really hope the hotel owner or manager gives attention to their staff. I stayed here for 3 days and every morning I had to plead them to clean the room and they will argue. The cleaners sit and chit chat all day but don't want to clean room or make beds and also says don't have phynyll and argue if we ask anything. I feel horrible for the owner.... More

    t is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Hotel is having nothing except room and a.c. which is even like a DHARAMSHALA. No proper room service, no cleaning, no towels also, no facility, for tea also u have to go outside. Staff behaviour was so poor that they doesn't even wants to carry ur luggage to ur room. Night shift manager is also a lazy man. Overall rating zero Security issues - Big window door anyone can open from outside also, which is highly unsecured when I am with my personal belongings. curtains are also not maintained and are open from all the corners and room is clearly visible from outside. Kitchen services - Sharp 7 PM I asked at receptionist for a glass of drinking hot water. They straight away denied me that kitchen is closed on 5 O'clock and same won't be provided by them. Washroom services - Hotelier has not provided a bucket soap shampoo for bath. there is no door met at washroom's door because of which whenever we are using room is getting dirty.... More

    POSITIVE: Best thing about this place is its Near Calangute beach. Rooms are Big enough. NEGATIVE: Bathroom Poor, Not hot water No Towel, Not have even Blanket, Forget about tooth paste, Soap and Shampoo. Refrigerator not working, TV not working Property need to renovate, Pool is Average, Breakfast is Average, Staff is okay In short you can find better option with same price range... More

    I was meeting my cousins after a long time and it was suppose to be a great trip and it was indeed a great trip except for our decision to stay at this place. The staff was literally non cooperative. The owner himself was so rude he was more concerned for the russian crowd.. we had to first of all wait for almost 1 hr to get our rooms.. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
