    Need urgent upgrade

    We stayed during Christmas for 2 nights. Rooms have modern facilities with tab based system. But beyond that, room was smelly and needs urgent maintenance. Bathroom is very small . Breakfast venue had lot of mosquitoes and can do with touch up as you do not feel like having food in current set up which is quite small. Good location but overpriced unless it spends that money in maintenance and renewal of the property.... More

    Wonderful Staff, Nice Place and Ambience

    I stayed at Sayaji for my Birthday surprise by wifey. Staff was very friendly and accommodating in all extra needs to make the day lovely for us. And we had a great time staying there. The room controls from Ipad was a boon and never seen before including music and Surround sound. Coming to food, they served Cake free of cost and taste was really good. Breakfast spread had almost everything and kid had a gala time. We didn't had lunch/dinner there but ambiance around the poolside with live music was all ears. Will recommend to others for Sure....     Place is nice but not happy with the reception staff

    We had visited the hotel from 14th dec to 16 dec 2019. The check in process was quite smooth. However wen we chkd into the room allotted to us the AC cooling didnt seem to be up to the mark. We did called the room service and after couple of reminders the "technician" arrived. Hardly after 5 mins he confirmed that he cleaned the filters of the AC. Still the cooling didnt improve. In the evening the cooling seemed to be ok(may be due to lower temperatures outside) Next day my 3 yrs old daughter puked a little on the bedsheet as she was coughing. So we called in the Housekeeping for cleaning & changing the linen. After we came back from outside we were informed by the reception staff that we had "misused" the linen in the room and that we will be charged for the same. We were really disappointed and shocked that without checking with the guests you guys blindly tag us with the misuse of the linen thing simply on the report given by the housekeeping staff. I will not name the person on the reception but that person has really really disappointed us. Anyways, the buffet spread was nice, restaurant staff was very courteous. This was our 3rd visit to Sayaji but next time i will have to think twice before visiting here bcoz of their Misuse policy. Disappointed & Dissatisfied Guest Room no 106. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
